Today marks 1,000 days of genocide in Gaza. The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza reports a martyr count of 73,066, a figure that is a vast undercount of the true death toll, which has been projected to be closer to 200,000.
The entirety of the Gaza Strip remains under siege and daily IOF bombardment. Martyrs continue to ascend daily in bombings and from IOF fire. Material conditions in Gaza remain dire, and Israel’s systematic campaign of extermination and forced expulsion is ongoing.
Over 173,480 Palestinians have been injured by IOF bombing and artillery fire. The Zionst entity has arrested and detained over 24,000 Palestinians in the last 1,000 days. Over 81% of buildings in Gaza are destroyed or extensively damaged. At least 263 journalists and over 1,700 medics have been killed. In total, Israel has murdered over 21,000 children.
As media attention has waned and global attention to the genocide has diminished, Palestinians in Gaza have been left increasingly to battle the harsh reality of their existence alone. Their struggle for liberation continues, not out of choice, but out of necessity. It is the duty of people of conscience everywhere, who do have such a choice before them, to continue choosing to struggle for Gaza every day.
We demand a two-way arms embargo on Israel. We demand sanctions against Israel, the arrest and prosecution of Zionist war criminals, and the full lifting of the siege of Gaza.
Our movement is not going anywhere. To the contrary, the battle for justice and liberation has just begun. Join us.
