It is very necessary to keep on good terms with your conscience …. See to it that your conscience is constantly corrected by Christ’s standard. Never tamper with conscience, nor gag her protestations, nor drown her voice. Never say, ‘It does not matter for once.’ Never dare to let her voice wear itself out. Embrace your Christian Identity. If you compartmentalize your faith or shy away from your Christian identity in front of family and friends, then it will be very difficult for you to experience authentic spiritual growth. Take joy in proclaiming your Christian faith and remember that it’s okay to boast, as long as you boast in the Lord. (See: 1 Corinthians 1:31 and 2 Corinthians 10:17).

Vicky is a friend in her thirties and has had a heart attack, kidney failure and pneumonia due to lupus. The doctors do not expect her to make it. We need prayer warriors on this one.
