Growing like the phases of the waxing moon, is an institution involved in the work of creating religious, philosophical and cultural awareness in the social life of Ambarnath city. le, called a joint meeting of its members and the eminent citizens of Ambarnath on 15 October 1983. After careful thought and discussion, it was decided in the meeting that should renovate the existing temple and construct a new temple with a spacious assembly hall so that the work of the Samiti can be continued throughout the year. On 22 March 1985, on the auspicious occasion of Gudi-Padwa, the ceremony of laying the foundation-stone of the proposed temple was conducted in the gracious presence of the Samiti's founder, well-wisher and member Late.
