SURGEON SAYS EVOLUTION NOT POSSIBLE

"In a recent paper titled "Dissecting Darwinism," Baylor University Medical Center surgeon Joseph Kuhn described serious problems with Darwinian evolution. He first described how life could not possibly have come from chemicals alone, since the information residing in DNA required an input from outside of nature.

He then addressed Darwinism's inability to account for the all-or-nothing structure of cellular systems, including the human body. As a medical doctor, Kuhn not only knows the general arrangement of the human body's visible parts, he also understands the interrelated biochemical systems that sustain and regulate all of those parts. He recognized that the human body contains an all-or-nothing system in which its core parts and biochemicals must exist all at once for the body to function."

We all know that it is absolutley impossible for our body organs to have evolved separately. Without the heart to pump the blood to the brain how could we -humans- exist?. Or anything for that matter? How about the veins that the blood runs through? Which came first? This is only one of the many problems with the theory of evolution.. These are things that had to be ALL TOGETHER at the same time to work properly. WE were CREATED by GOD!

BYLAWS OF CHRIST IS RISEN MINISTRIES

Article I: Name and Purpose

1. Name: The name of this nonprofit organization shall be Christ Is Risen Ministries.

2. Purpose: This nonprofit is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. The mission is to equip the Saints to evangelize Biblically while bringing together the One Body Of Christ, in accordance with Christian principles.

Article II: Statement of Faith

1. The organization affirms the following core beliefs:
- The authority of the Scriptures as the inspired Word of God.
- The deity of Jesus Christ, His death, and resurrection.
- Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
- The importance of the Great Commission to spread the Gospel.
- The working together of the One Body of Christ.
- An immense love for God’s chosen Jewish people and Israel.
-The belief in God’s Holy Trinity, The Father, The Son and Holy Spirit.
- The role of God’s 5 fold church working all together as one and of equal importance in todays day and age: the pastor, the teacher, the apostle, the evangelist, and the prophet.
-That God is the same God of yesterday, He does not change, He is the same God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob.
-That miracles did not cease in the Bible, that God has called us for such a time as this, that we would do even greater miracles to bring glory to His name and to bring His children unto Him as Jesus preached in Scripture.
-The importance of baptism by water and the Spirit.
-That you must truly repent and turn away from your sins to be a real follower of Jesus.
-That we are to carry our cross daily, deny our flesh and be committed to walking in the Spirit 24/7, to be Holy as He is Holy, the spotless Bride.
- The Holy Spirit has all authority and permission to direct and change any of our plans whenever He sees fit during any event or speaking event that we do, we give Him the ultimate respect and reverence He deserves, He always has the floor.

Article III: Membership

1. Eligibility: Membership shall be open to any individual who acknowledges the statement of faith and supports the mission of the organization.

2. Membership Classes: Members may be classified as Active, Supporting, or Honorary based on their level of engagement and support.

3. Rights and Duties: Members shall have the right to vote on significant organizational matters and are expected to support the organization through prayer, participation, and financial contributions.

4. Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors for reasons including, but not limited to, conduct contrary to the organization's mission.

Article IV: Board of Directors

1. General Powers: The affairs of the organization shall be managed by a Board of Directors.

2. Number: The Board shall consist of no fewer than 3 and no more than 12 members.

3. Term: Directors shall serve as long as they like until they choose to resign.

4. Meetings: The Board shall meet at least 4 times per year, every quarter. We will discuss what we are doing right and in which areas we need to improve always striving to do better the next quarter. Special meetings may be called by the President or a majority of the Board.

5. Quorum: A majority of the Board members present at a meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

6. Duties: Board members shall oversee the organization’s operations, set policy, and ensure the organization adheres to its mission.

Article V: Officers

1. Officers: The officers of the Board shall include a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

2. Election: Officers shall be elected by the President from among its members and the new officer can serve as long as they like.

3. Duties:
- The President shall preside over meetings and represent the organization.
- The Vice-President shall assist the President and assume responsibilities in their absence.
- The Secretary shall keep accurate records of meetings and membership.
- The Treasurer shall oversee financial matters and present financial reports.

Article VI: Committees

1. Establishment: The Board may establish committees as deemed necessary for the operation of the organization.

2. Committee Composition: Committees shall consist of Board members and may include non-Board members.

3. Powers: Committees shall have the authority to make recommendations to the Board but shall not have the power to make final decisions without Board approval.

Article VII: Fiscal Policies

1. Fiscal Year: The fiscal year of the organization shall begin on the 1st date of the year and end on the last date of each year.

2. Financial Oversight: The Board shall ensure that accurate financial records are maintained and shall approve an annual budget.

3. Audit: An independent audit shall be conducted annually, and the results shall be reported to the Board.

Article VIII: Amendments

1. Amendments: These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Board members present at any regular meeting, provided that written notice of the proposed amendment has been given at least 30 days prior to the meeting.

Article IX: Dissolution

1. Dissolution: Upon dissolution of the organization, any assets remaining after the payment of debts shall be distributed to a Christian nonprofit organization that aligns with the mission of Christ Is Risen Ministries as determined by the Board.
