If the month of Ramadan comes to an end,
The rights of Allah don't end until death.
Worship your lord until that is certain comes
to you (15:99),
Allah is The lord of Ramadan
He is the lord of shawal
And He is the lord of all the year
So guard your religion.

This is the first time since 1967 that the mosque has been fully closed on Eid al-Fitr. Worshippers were not allowed to enter for prayers.

The historic Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem has been shut for over three weeks due to security concerns linked to regional tensions with Iran. Only limited Waqf staff are permitted inside.

On this Eid day, hundreds gathered outside the Old City gates to pray as Israeli forces dispersed crowds with tear gas and sound grenades in some areas.

The closure has drawn strong condemnation from Muslim leaders worldwide and organizations like the OIC, calling it a violation of religious rights. A heartbreaking first for millions.
