For a plan to be successful it needs leaders and in the context of a co-responsibility, we hope that laypeople and priests will work together in our diocese.

Faith and Spirituality is another area with in the Seeds of Hope.

Traditionally, we expressed our faith in ways of going to Mass and pilgrimages. But now we need to renew that faith and spirituality and find new ways of doing things, new ways of expressing our faith for the current generation.
