The death has occurred of Niamh Hutchinson (née Gorman), Tullanacranat, A75 R862, Cullaville, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan,
who passed away peacefully at her home on 4th September 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved daughter of Muriel and Jimmy Gorman, dearly loved wife of Francis and devoted Mam of Emma and Cillian.

Niamh will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at her residence on Sunday, 6th September, from 1pm to 7pm and on Monday, 7th September, from 1pm to 7pm.

Removal on Tuesday, 8th September, from her residence at 10.15am to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Shelagh, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to thank you for your kindness, sympathy and support at this very difficult time.

who died on 16th August 2026.

Ethna’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 10th September at 7.00pm in St. Mary’s Church, Knockbridge.

Ethna’s family wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all who supported us and attended the wake, removal ceremony and funeral Mass following the sad loss of our much-loved aunt.

A special word of thanks to the staff of Killanny House, Castleross Nursing Home, who showed Ethna such great respect, kindness and loving care during her time living in Castleross. Their care and compassion towards Ethna and her family will always be remembered with deep gratitude.

Sincere thanks to Magee Funeral Directors for their professional service. We also wish to thank the gravediggers who prepared Ethna’s final resting place, the altar servers and the sacristan.

A special thanks to the organists, Fidelma and Susan, and to the vocalists, Lorraine and Breen, whose beautiful music and singing greatly enriched both the removal ceremony and funeral Mass.

We are also deeply grateful to Fr. Gerry Campbell and Fr. Brian Byrne for concelebrating Ethna’s funeral Mass and for their kindness and support to the family.

To all who offered prayers, sent messages of sympathy, brought Mass cards and flowers, visited the family, or supported us in any way, we extend our heartfelt thanks.

We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest gratitude and appreciation.

**Acknowledgement – Sarah McKeown (née McEvoy)**

The family of the late Sarah McKeown wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who supported us during our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved Mother, Nanny and Great-Grandmother.

Sincere thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours, and to all who called to the family home, attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards, left online messages of condolence, and travelled long distances to be with us during this difficult time.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Fr Martin for celebrating a beautiful Funeral Mass and for his support and kindness in the days leading up to the funeral. We are also very thankful to Colm and Aimee for the beautiful music and singing, which added so much to the ceremony.

Our sincere thanks to the dedicated and compassionate staff of Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry, for the care and comfort shown to Sarah and our family throughout her illness. A special word of thanks to Annemarie and Kirstie from Corliss Fold, Crossmaglen, for their kindness, friendship and support shown to Sarah and our family.

We would also like to express our gratitude to Inniskeen Grattans GAA Club for providing the guard of honour, a gesture that meant so much to all the family.

We are especially grateful to Michael McGee and his staff for their professionalism, care and guidance throughout this difficult time.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
