Rota after Rota after Rota, or, Roster after Roster after Roster (depends where you’re from), can only mean one thing - a new season is upon us!
And so, we thought we’d give you a little update of what our lives in Dublin look like right now.
We are continuing to lead the youth (Friday Night) and young adults (Wednesday Night) of & are loving & counting it a privilege!
Lauren is involved in worship in the church & Darren is doing some preaching as well.
At the beginning of Summer we FINALLY found a venue to begin having church in Balbriggan. At the moment, we are gathering there once a month and are in the city on the other weeks. We have a GREAT team of people around us and we’re also looking forward to launching some life groups in balbriggan soon! The venue that we’re in right now is working great but we’re continuing to look for a more permanent (& cost effective) location that we can also work from during the week, so we would appreciate any prayer as we continue on that journey!
Lauren is teaching in a school 5 minutes from our house every Monday-Wednesday & Darren is working full time for church as well as doing the odd shift in a health care setting.
Throw in an amazingly funny & full of energy 18 month old who isn’t a fan of sleeping at night time - you could say we’re keeping busy! But we love what we do, why we do it & this Jesus who we GET to serve!!
We SO appreciate every kind message, thought & prayer that is prayed for us!! Love, support & kindness of people definitely helps on this wild adventure of life on earth! So from the bottom of our hearts - THANK YOU!
