Wonderful night at our Vintage Tea event at the Lissadell Centre. THANK YOU to everyone who attended, bought raffle tickets, sponsored prizes, prepared food, helped with prep, loaned china sets and volunteered on the night. Particular thanks to Maeve Fenton who encouraged us to run the event and helped with organising. Also huge thanks to Gerry Farrell for his interesting and yet comical talk on mental health and positivity.

We hope everyone had an enjoyable evening. ☕️

Lovely evening coming up this Friday in Calry Parish Church Sligo - Bishop Ken Clarke is the guest speaker. Bishop Ken was our bishop from 2001 to 2012.

What is the Good News and why does it still matter today?

Join us for a special evening as Bishop Ken Clarke explores why Jesus is still Good News for the church today.

This will be an encouraging and hope-filled evening with teaching, worship and fellowship. Whether you’re deeply rooted in church life, feeling a bit weary, or simply curious about the Christian faith, this evening is for you.

It will take in Calry Parish Church, Sligo on Friday 17th April. Refreshments will be served 7.00pm with the event starting at 7.30pm.

All are very welcome - bring a friend!

Thinking of the family and many friends of Michael Budd who died tragically yesterday in a road accident. Michael was an exceptional blacksmith and created hinges for Lissadells main door (and back door) only a few years ago.
