PROCESSION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT The Corpus Christi Procession will take place this year on Friday next 5th June after 7p.m. Mass. The Confirmation Children and the First Holy Communion Children are invited to walk just in front of the Blessed sacrament. It would be a fitting tribute to the Lord if people along the route would decorate their homes and welcome the Eucharistic Lord. The order of the Procession is as follows: Sound system and leading stewards, Faithful, families etc, Confirmation children and other children, First Holy Communion children accompanied by parents, Canopy and Blessed Sacrament. Others. The parents with the children should walk in the inside and outside the children Please follows the direction of the stewards.

GOLDEN JUBILEE CELEBRATION CANON DONAL O MAHONY P.P. CHARLEVILLE. OPEN INVITATION The Charleville Parish Pastoral Council are happy to extend an open invitation to the people of the parish and area to join them and Canon O Mahony P.P. as he celebrates the Golden Jubilee of his Ordination to the Priesthood on Friday 12th June 2026. The celebration will begin with concelebrated Mass in Holy Cross Church, Charleville, at 7p.m. The Principal Celebrant will be Bishop William Crean, Bishop of Cloyne. We give thanks to God for his fifty years of priestly ministry in the Diocese of Cloyne and wish him more years of fruitful ministry. The 12th June is the official anniversary of his ordination, and it is also this year the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and World Day of Prayer for priests.

Today May 31st is the Feast of the Holy Trinity- celebrated on the first Sunday after Pentecost.

The concept of the trinity can never be completely understood or rationalized, but it is clearly taught in Scripture.

GLORY BE TO THE FATHER, AND TO THE SON, AND TO THE HOLY SPIRIT. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
