*Visiting Professor Program & International Multidisciplinary Community Service Activities Offline Batch 3*
The International Multidisciplinary Community Service (IMCS) is an international community engagement program that brings together academics, researchers, professionals, and students from various disciplines to collaborate with local communities through education, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, and health promotion.
The 2026 program will be held in Alahan Panjang, West Sumatra, Indonesia, in collaboration with the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Andalas. (subjct to official confirmation)
Theme
Empowering Herbal Villages through Health Innovation, Community Development, Digital Transformation, and Sustainable Practices
Community Service Activities:
1. Developing a Herbal Village based on Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) and sustainable local resources.
2. Promoting skin health, public health, environmental health, and healthy lifestyles through community education.
3. Supporting herbal product innovation, food safety, packaging, branding, and quality improvement.
4. Strengthening entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital marketing, e-commerce, and information technology for MSME development.
5. Enhancing education, environmental awareness, community empowerment, and sustainable development through multidisciplinary collaboration.
This program promotes international collaboration, interdisciplinary knowledge exchange, cultural immersion, and sustainable community development, contributing to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
