WHAT BRINGS DIVINE COMPENSATION

Text : Matthew 25:11-30.

April is our month of Divine Compensation .

Compensation is a recompense / reward for service ; it's an honour to a person to shows his or her importance to the progress or successive contribution in a place .

Whatever you do will attract it's award be it good or bad .

Divine compensation required your faithfulness and total commitment to given assignment .

Let us not forget that as we have a day for reward ,there is also a day for award awaiting the test of our faith in Christ.

Scriptures told us about talents given to three persons , to one it was given FIVE , he made additional increase profit of five , another TWO , he made additional two , the third was given ONE ,he went and hides it.

When the previous two was compensated ,his compensation was punishment .

My prayer for you today : your expected Divine Compensation in this month should be a blessing in Jesus Name .

5- REASONS FOR COMPENSATION.
1.Assignment > when you actively involves to the completion of a given task ends to attract Divine compensation .

2. Action > Lazy and dormant people to instructions or orders hardly receive compensation . Compensation is for those with the right action .

3.Service > Compensation is for those who worked . It's a labour that deserves honour .

4.Confident > . The third servant lacked confidence on his master , people without confident easily get discouraged in whatever that's committed to them .

5.Sacrifice > learn to sacrifice your time , comfort , money and to endure before compensation .

May the Lord bless you in Jesus Name .

LET YOUR BLESSING LIGHT SHINE .
Text: Isaiah 60:1- 7.

Re-call that March is our month to be a blessing .

Your light is said to be shining when you become a blessing to someone.

The only thing that attract good in life is light , you needs peace, joy , freedom , comfort , Divine protection , safety etc then start shining.

As you shine ; make others to shine .

The effort to shine is from you while the Grace to remain shining is from God.

When you become a blessing as light in the church , your life will expand the kingdom of God.

If your life is not a light , you become an obstacle to God's work in the church because you are known by your deeds or characters not by your words.

HOW TO BECOME A BLESSING/LIGHT TO OTHERS .

1.By giving generously to God and man > Proverbs 11:35
2.By serving in humility >
Philippines 2:3
3.By your love in action >1 John 3:18
4.By doing for others what you expected from them > Luke 6:31
5.By praying for others daily .

In conclusion , if you can recognized your value or important as light shining before others as blessing , you will picture the harm on God's work caused by you daily .

Today , I encourage you to ARISE and Start SHINING in JESUS NAME.

Message: Power of a Mother's Love
Preacher: Decns.Mrs.Mekwunye Jacqueline .

Text: Isaiah 49:15.....Can a woman forget her sucking child , that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb ?...
Scripture says yes ... they may forget .. But a good mother may not.

A good mother is sticks to her child because there is a bond of love that exist from the mother for the child from the womb.

This love of the mother accually begins from pregnancy to delivery with a selfless interest , sleepless night and the pains of labour for delivery .

It's this love that enhanced every good mother to care for her child or children .

The roles of a good mother in child up bringing are numerous ; the first teacher of a child is the mother , she also protect the child from evil and dangers , working hard supporting her husband for food to be on the table .

Timothy strong faith in God started from his ground mother Eunice , it is also important to note here that good mothers do laid good foundations for their children in all area of life to emulate .

True mother's love is to build a strong Godly home and to stand by their husbands to have a healthy family .

Many mothers are widows due to lack of care and concerns for their husbands , some raised the children against their fathers which is very wrong .

I advice that every mother to balance the equation , stop sending your husband at of home because of your bad behaviours and characters .

A loving wife should support her husband's responsibilities as a builder not a destroyer .(Genesis 2:18).

It's bad as a wife to report your husband's weakness to outsiders ...

A good mother should be morally and spiritually balance
......BEHIND EVERY GREAT LEADER ,THERE IS A STRONG DISCIPLINE and CARING MOTHER .......

There are good numbers of Godly and loving mothers in the Bible like :
Abigail , Sarah , Mary , Lemuel etc .
( Proverbs 31: 1- 4 )

In conclusion, a good mother /wife is a gift from God , may you become one from today in Jesus Name .

WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION MESSAGE: A WOMAN and HER MINISTRY .

Text:Judges 4:1- 9
Deborah was a prophetess , the wife of Lapidoth, also a judge in Israel at her time .The victory of the children of Israel over Jabin the king of Canaan was encouraged by her.

From the beginning of creation God has a purpose /plan for women. Which was clearly made that the first man Adam was made from the dust but the woman Eve, was made from the man Adam's ribs and that has positioned the woman special.

What gave the man Adam satisfaction is Eve and that no man is complete a wife or woman .

A woman is a helper as a wife to her husband and they are expected to be treated like egg , scriptures referred to them as weaker vessels yet they have important roles in the home as ministry .

Talking about the ministry of a woman , Dorcas , Hannah , Esther , Mary ,Sarah are good examples emulates .
Let's take " RESPECT " as a key factors for a woman to demonstrate her ministry .
1.R > As a woman , mount up respect at all time for others anywhere you found yourself .
2. E > Live the life to Exceeds the expectations of people .
3. S > Stand firm on your positive Conviction.
4.P > Possess uncommon security and maturity.
5.E > Experience a personal success
6.C > Contributes to the success of others .
7.T > Think ahead of others .
If you have respect , you would not involves yourself in things of shame and disgrace .
The inner beauty of a woman is the fear of God you have .

Finally , I encourage every woman to take up seriously the ministry of prayers to back up her husband and family.
I pray for you.....may you not fail in God's plans for your life as a woman in Jesus Name .

DON'T KILL THE VISION
Text: Habakkuk 2:1-3.....Write the vision ,and make it plain upon tables ,that he may run that readeth it ......because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Whatever God is doing in SHALLOM presently is for His purpose and I am pleading with everyone of us not to kill the VISION of God for this MISSION.

WHAT IS A VISION ?.....A vision is the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom within the purpose of God for a place ,church or your life .

People without vision can't see God's plan for a thing because vision is the ability to see the future .

If you are found in the midst of those who lack vision , they will be a set back to your mission and plan.

Living without a vision/plans is equal to living for nothing be it in marriage , business , a church member or ministry work .

Don't kill the vision of your wife , husband ,Church because lack of your support to a vision is an attitudes of a vision killers .

WAYS YOU CAN KILL A VISION .
1. Lack of implementation of an instructions/order from a leader .
Deut.1:6.
2.Inability to see how your work contributes to a given vision I.e , ( Spiritual blindness )(1 Peter 1:9 )
3.Inability to see yourself as a part of the vision ( you are expected to run with the vision ).
4 Lack of perseverance or continuity in a vision .(Hab.2:2 )
5. Fear .....every vision is achievable in the absence of the spirit of fear and self intimidation.

In conclusion , if everyone in a place like this church walks at the same way of direction as instructed by a leader ,no matter how great is the vision for this mission ,it will be achievable within a short period of time.
I pray for you , may you not be a vision killers anywhere you found yourself in Jesus Name .
