七月香港挴村 / 亞洲應用佛學院會舉辦夏季禪修營。夏季禪修營比較特別,因為是全年唯一的一次,可以讓青少年與家長一同𠻝加。

What is meditation? Meditation is stopping the body and mind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing us to rest, find the inner peace, and have the opportunity to reunite body and mind. With the peace, you will discover the beauty around you and may have the opportunity to find the solution to questions that have long puzzled you.
Plum Village Hong Kong / Asian Institute of Applied Buddhism holds five meditation retreats a year, providing friends an opportunity to experience and learn mindfulness, rest, and care ourself.
In July, Plum Village Hong Kong / Asian Institute of Applied Buddhism holds the Summer Retreat. The Summer Retreat is a special one, because it is the only retreat throughout the year, allowing children, teenagers and their parents to participate together.
