We are a group of females (religious) who live together and share the same goal and charism. We have communities all over the world which serve the church in different aspects. In Hong Kong and Macau, we mainly serve in education, pastoral work.......and different dimension in the local church.

修會揀選咗謙遜、貧窮且深愛天主嘅聖佳蘭，作為所有大願修女嘅主保。根據傳統，我哋兩位暫願修女為大願修女精心準備咗表演同遊戲慶祝。

見到修女們咁開心，我哋都覺得好喜樂好滿足 ☺️

Feast of St. Clare Celebration!

FMM has chosen Saint Clare—a model of humility, poverty, and deep love for God—as the patroness of all our sisters of perpetual vows.

According to a cherished tradition, our sisters of temporary vows prepared a special celebration with performance and games for the perpetually professed. All the preparation is worth it seeing the bright smile on their face!

上星期日，我們在香港舉行了區聚會。

隨著即將於今年九月在印尼舉行的區域會議臨近，修女們數月來一直為此準備，在不同團體中分享並檢討三年前區域化以來的改變，以及收集改善建議。整合了來自不同團體的反饋意見後，這份總結報告已在大會上進行了發表與分享。

為了這次聚會，我們在會前研讀了一份文件，重溫會祖真福苦難瑪利亞對修女們共融生活的期望——這種共融乃源於聖三的愛。隨後，我們亦分享自己的具體行動，並承諾如何能進一步深化姊妹以及地區之間的共融。

我們繼續為區域會議祈禱🙏

Last Sunday, we held our sector assembly in Hong Kong.

As we approach the Regional Chapter in Indonesia this September, our sisters have spent months diligently preparing by evaluating and summarizing feedback from our different communities. This summary was presented and shared during the assembly.

To prepare for our time together, we previously studied materials reflecting on Mary of the Passion’s desire for the sisters in the Institute to live in a communion that flows from Trinitarian love. We then shared our own reflections on how we can deepen our unity and collaboration as we journey forward together.

Let us continue to pray for our Regional Chapter 🙏

聖嘉俾厄爾團體聖方濟禧年朝聖經驗分享

從今年四月份開始聖嘉俾厄爾團體開始接待聖 方濟逝世八百周年禧年朝聖者，我們定每月的第二及第四星期日下午二時至五時開放給朝聖朋友。團體姊妹分成兩組分別接待。若有特殊需要要求在平日來朝聖的，我們也盡量安排。

來朝聖的人中有個別的；有從香港來的團體；有澳門本地堂區教友；主日學導師團體；由學校老師帶領的中學及小學學生等等。

導賞的過程分兩部分：第一部分在會議室介紹聖方濟生平及靈修並解釋聖年全大赦的意義及條件等等，然後入聖堂祈禱反思，前後約一小時。有的學校由修女及老師帶領，自行導賞，我們開放場地給他們朝聖。

來朝聖的朋友都有積極的回饋。接待的姊妹覺得透過陪伴朝聖者朝聖，自己對聖方濟生平及靈修有進一步認識，深覺感恩！

St. Gabriel Community's Experience Hosting Pilgrims for the 800 Anniversary of the Death of St. Francis

Since April of this year, St. Gabriel's Community has been hosting pilgrims for the Jubilee Year of St. Francis. We open our community to pilgrims on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We organised two groups of sisters to receive pilgrims.

For those with special needs who wish to come on weekdays, we try our best to arrange it.

The pilgrims include individuals; groups from Hong Kong; local parishioners from Macau; Sunday school teachers; and secondary and primary school students led by school teachers, etc.

The guided tour consists of two parts: the first part is an introduction to the life and spirituality of St. Francis in the conference room, explaining the meaning and conditions of the Jubilee Year Indulgence, etc., followed by prayer and reflection in the church, lasting about one hour.

Some schools have their own guided tours led by sisters and teachers; we open our space to them for their pilgrimage.

The feedback from the pilgrims has been very positive.

The sisters who hosted the pilgrims felt that by accompanying them on their pilgrimage, they gained a deeper understanding of the life and spirituality of St. Francis and were deeply grateful!

Feast Day celebration 🎉

讓我們體味，一九零零年，當真福苦難瑪利亞修女獲悉中國七位修女的死訊時給整個修會寫信的内容：

諸聖的相通既然屬於教會的喜樂，那麼為修道者的大家庭而言更是多大的喜樂！.…看來，我們親愛的致命者的數滴血就足以成為忠信修女的產業-那些懂得善用這寶藏的修女們。.....要達到那地步，看來，現在正是時候提醒妳們要更慷慨地愛吾主，他會確保妳們慷慨大方、毫不鬆懈。細心研讀揣摩耶穌吧！ 唯有當你透徹認識祂時，才會將妳的心交給他。❤️

今日香港及澳門教區慶祝中華諸聖及真福慶日，我們也特別紀念本會七位致命聖人：聖愛敏納修女、聖納達理修女、雅曼定修女、聖巴溪修女、聖菊斯德修女、聖嘉納修女、聖雅都斐納修女，於1900年7月9日於山西太原殉道。

在她們殉道的消息傳到羅馬以後，會祖苦難瑪利亞修女說：「現在我可以說，我有七位真正的瑪利亞濟各教會的傳教士了！」儘管她們的去世讓她感到悲痛，但她仍然感謝天主給予這些姊妹堅忍不拔的殉道精神，也為修會樹立了忠誠和勇氣的榜樣。

求主讓我們的修女也能活出本會犧牲聖召的精神🙏🏼

在過去的星期日，我們接待了三個不同的團體前來參與朝聖活動：第一個是來自同一堂區的幾個家庭，帶着12位孩子，然後是一班新領洗的教友，最後是一組資深的聖母軍的團員。雖然大家都處於信仰旅程的不同階段，卻同樣對天主充滿渴慕。看見他們的信德，總讓我們感到謙卑，更提醒着我們：天主是多麼信任我們，召叫我們成為祂的工具。

朝聖活動結束後，修女們聚在一起分享。能夠齊心協心、彼此合作，我們心中充滿了喜樂與感恩。我們都希望每位來訪的兄弟姊妹，都能在短暫的相聚中，感受到我們方濟大家庭的手足情。

當天晚課誦念玫瑰經時，我們特別把這些朝聖者帶到祈禱中。

期待八月的下一次開放活動！😇

Thanking God for last Sunday! 🙏🏻

We were blessed to welcome three diverse groups of pilgrims to our pilgrimage programme: a beautiful group of families with 12 children, a group of newly baptized, and active members of the Legion of Mary. Each group is at a different stage in their faith journey, yet all share a thirst for God. Seeing their faith always humbles us, reminding us of how greatly God trusts us to be His instruments.

Afterward, our sisters gathered to reflect on the day. We are filled with joy and gratitude for the opportunity to cooperate, and we hope that everyone who visited could experience the warmth of our Franciscan fraternal spirit.

During our evening prayers, we held these pilgrims close in prayer as we prayed the Rosary.

Looking forward to our next opening in August! 😇

✨慶祝天主聖三節與區域瞻禮 ✨
昨天是天主聖三區域（包括香港及澳門，以及南韓，巴基斯坦，印尼及台灣區）的慶節。

當我們歡慶天主聖三節之際，讓我們回顧修會150 週年的主題：「是的，天主渴望通過我們呼出祂自己！」 在面對痛苦與沮喪的時刻，真福苦難瑪利亞因著聖三之愛的推動，重拾勇氣，向天主呼求。

每個區域所面對的情況都是獨特的。對於天主聖三區域而言，因著涵蓋了不同背景、國家與城市的豐富多元性，區域化的過程無疑帶來了獨特的挑戰。然而，在這些掙扎以及時代不斷轉變的考驗中，我們更被召叫將目光重新投向天主聖三，並時刻銘記：「一切都屬於祂，甚至連我們的焦慮和局限也屬於祂。」（靈修準備邁向禧年，第2號文件）🕊️

✨ Celebrating the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity ✨
Yesterday was the Feast of the Trinity Region, where the Hong Kong and Macau sector belongs (alongside South Korea, Pakistan, Indonesia and Taiwan).

As we celebrate the Solemnity of the most Holy Trinity, let us recall the theme of our 150th Jubilee - “Yes, God wishes to breathe forth Himself through us!” (OUV 510) In the midst of agony and discouragement, Mary of the Passion took courage and reached out to God under the impulse of Trinitarian love.

Every region faces its unique realities. For Trinity Region—with its rich diversity of countries, cities, and backgrounds—regionalization brings distinct challenges. Yet, amidst these internal struggles and the shifting demands of a changing world, we are called to turn our gaze back to the Holy Trinity, remembering that He is the God “to whom everything belongs, even our anxieties and our limits.” (Spiritual Preparation for the Jubilee, document no.2) 🕊️
