教會不是一棟建築物，而是主用寶血所救贖的人 (徒廿28-29)。

教會是耶穌的身體 (弗一23)，只有一個 (弗四4)，要以神的名命名 (申十二11)，要傳講神的話和智慧 (弗三10)。

教會有耶穌作「中保」(提前二5)，即保證人，承担我們對神一切的虧欠；或調停人去調解人與神因罪所產生的衝突 (弗二14-15)。

Let us labor together with the Lord—not by our own strength, but by learning to walk in unity with Him.
May the Lord guide us, strengthen us, and give us peace in every step of service.
With the Lord beside us, the journey ahead is never alone.

但真正的平安，不是靠自己撐出來，而是學會先來到神面前。
禱告不是最後無路可走時的選擇，而是每一天最先的依靠。
當我們先尋求神，祂必引導我們走在平安的路上。

In the midst of busyness and pressure, we often tend to find a way, carry the burden, and hold everything together on our own.
But true peace does not come from holding everything together by ourselves; it comes from learning to come before God first.
Prayer is not the last choice when we have nowhere else to turn, but our first dependence each day.
When we seek God first, He will surely lead us on the path of peace.
