We must constantly and persistently break through barriers hindering discipleship and church planting activities among the Unreached. Jesus has torn down the walls of partition and separation between man and God; no other walls or barriers matters be it cultural, socioeconomic and religious barriers.
Barrier #1: Cultural barrier
What if we can't speak the language of the unreached people groups? What if our culture is so different that we can't present the gospel in a way they can receive it?
Barrier #2: Sociological barrier
In many regions within the 10/40 window, it is sociologically unacceptable and even illegal to proclaim the gospel. If proclaiming the gospel is illegal, how can one access?
Barrier #3: Logistical and geographic barrier
Most UPGs live in inhospitable regions with poor infrastructure or geographical barriers. Consider the Afar people of Northeast Africa. Known as the toughest people on the planet, they live above a magma chamber. With dangers of drought, volcanoes, and the ever-present possibility that the ground beneath their feet may split open, how can they be reached?
