FEGAMY came into being after a resolution to amalgamate AGAMY and FEGAMSO at Congress.

FEGAMY Youth Camp 2026 | Al-Furqaan University

Yandeh Jagne, Vice President of the Federation and Head of Communications for this yearโ€™s Youth Camp, warmly invites young people to be part of this transformative experience.

Yandeh first joined the camp in 2023 and has continued to attend ever since. For her, one of the most meaningful aspects of Al-Furqaan University is how each day begins with purpose โ€” from Fajr prayer in congregation and morning adhkar, to exercise and the daily cleaning exercise.

The day then continues with enriching activities including seminars, mentorship sessions, debates, public speaking competitions, Qurโ€™anic recitations, and much more.

INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAJIโ€™UN

It is with deep sorrow that the Federation of Gambia Muslim Youths (FEGAMY) announces the passing of the beloved father of our Treasurer and sister, Bintu Jagana, who returned to his Creator last night.

On behalf of the Executive and the entire FEGAMY membership, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Sister Bintu Jagana, her family, relatives, and loved ones during this difficult time.

The Janazah and burial will take place today at Bakadaji, Upper River Region (URR).

We kindly request all members to remember the deceased and the bereaved family in your sincere duโ€™as. May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, shower him with His infinite mercy, expand his grave with light, and grant him the highest abode in Jannatul Firdaus. May Allah grant the family patience, strength, and solace during this period of grief.
