JUNE THE MONTH OF INITMACY WITH THE SPIRIT

*Christians sleeping in Church during the message*
Sleeping in church during the Word reveals two things about that individual.
1) The State of his spirit (heart or the inner man)
2) The strength of the flesh over that individual.
*Causes of sleeping in the church during the word*
1) LACK OF EXPECTATION:- Proverbs 23:18 Many Christians go to church without an expectation, an expectation release alterness within you, this altterness within you repels distraction and sleepiness. Expectation fuels sensitivity. Make sure you attend church with an expectation because God response to our expectations.
LACK OF PREPARATION:- Proverbs 16:1 As a Christian you are solely responsible for the state and preparation of your spirit ( heart or inner man). You can't spend time watching movies, surfing the internet, playing TV games all through the night feeding your fleshy appetite on a Saturday night, wake in the morning with a strengthened spirit ( inner man or heart) it does not work that way. Prepare yourself (1samuel 7:3,1 Chronicles 29:18) be responsible by spending time to search the scriptures, pray in the Spirit, spend time in worship.
Faith comes by hearing the Word, how can you hear when you are sleeping, how can your spirit receive when the channel through which the word enters your spirit is inactive. Don't miss God this Sunday. Prepare yourself!!! I see God doing wonders in your life in Jesus name.
