CELEBRATING A GALLANT SOLDIER OF THE CROSS.

Today, with hearts full of gratitude to God, The Church of Pentecost, Bulenga District, joyfully celebrates the life of Dcns. Elizabeth Naaba (RTD), a woman whose unwavering faith, sacrifice, and dedication have left an enduring legacy in the Kingdom of God.
As a young teacher posted to Bulenga in the Wa East area in the 1990s, she found herself in a community where Christianity was still in its infancy and the area was predominantly Islamic. Yet, she was not discouraged. With courage, love, and steadfast faith, she devoted herself to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and played a pivotal role in establishing what was then a small Church of Pentecost fellowship in Bulenga.
What began as a tiny seed of faith through her obedience has, by the grace of God, blossomed into the vibrant Bulenga District of The Church of Pentecost. Today, the district has spread across many communities, standing as a testament to the power of one life wholly committed to God's work. Over the years, the district has been privileged to host six ministers of the Gospel, some of whom have since been called into the high office of Apostle, reflecting the remarkable growth of the work she helped to establish.
Although Dcns. Elizabeth Naaba has retired from active service, her passion for the work of God remains undiminished. Because of the need for leadership in some local assemblies, she continues to faithfully serve by presiding over them, demonstrating that true service to Christ knows no retirement.
Today, we honour a woman of faith, humility, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the Gospel. Her life reminds us that one person, fully yielded to God, can leave a legacy that impacts generations.

May the Lord richly reward your labour of love, renew your strength like the eagle's, bless you with good health and peace, and continue to use you as a vessel of blessing to His Church and His Kingdom.
Beloved, let us rise and celebrate this gallant soldier of the Cross—a faithful servant, a spiritual mother, and a shining example of selfless dedication. Your labour in the Lord has truly not been in vain. Happy Birthday, Maame!
