IRENE MORROW DAY – 1ST APRIL

Today, we celebrate a woman whose heart was devoted to caring for all girls bridging the gap between those in towns and villages, the literate and the illiterate.
Rev. Irene Morrow’s dream was to equip young girls with skills, crafts, and a firm foundation in the Christian faith, empowering them to lead purposeful lives.

From its humble beginnings in Sekondi with just a handful of girls, The Methodist Girls’ Fellowship has flourished and now thrives in every diocese within the Ghana Methodist Connexion.

We honor and cherish the legacy of our beloved founder, the late Rev. Irene Morrow, whose vision continues to inspire and transform lives. May we carry her dream forward with unity, love, and unwavering dedication.
