THE BLOOD STILL SPEAKS

The blood of Jesus Christ still speaks” is a deeply powerful spiritual truth rooted in Scripture, especially in Hebrews 12:24, which declares that the blood of Jesus speaks “better things than that of Abel.”

1. The Voice of the Blood

In Genesis 4:10, the blood of Abel cried out from the ground—not for mercy, but for justice and vengeance.
But the blood of Jesus speaks a different language—a higher covenant voice.

2. What the Blood of Jesus Speaks

1. Mercy Instead of Judgment
Where sin demands punishment, the blood of Jesus pleads for mercy. It silences every accusation against you.

2. Forgiveness and Cleansing
According to 1 John 1:7, His blood cleanses from all sin—not some, but all.

3. Redemption and Freedom
The blood speaks your release from bo***ge. You are no longer a slave to sin, fear, or condemnation.

4. Justification
Before God, the blood declares you righteous—as if you have never sinned.

5. Access to God’s Presence
Through the blood, you now have bold access to God (see Hebrews 10:19). No barrier remains.

3. The Blood Still Speaks Today

The power of the blood is not historical—it is present and active. Every time you pray, worship, or stand in faith, the blood is speaking on your behalf in the courts of heaven.

It speaks:

Over your life

Over your family

Over your destiny

Over every battle you face

4. How to Activate the Voice of the Blood

Speak it in faith: “The blood of Jesus speaks for me!”

Apply it in prayer: Cover situations with the blood

Live in obedience: Align your life with what the blood has secured

5. Prophetic Declaration

Let this settle in your spirit:

> The blood of Jesus is speaking for you right now—
speaking victory where there was defeat,
speaking healing where there was pain,
speaking favor where there was rejection,
speaking life where there was death.

The blood has not lost its power.
It is still speaking—and it is speaking for you.

“SPREAD IT BEFORE THE LORD”

Text: Second Kings 19:14

Introduction

There are seasons when the enemy does not just fight you physically, he writes against you.

Letters of accusation.

Letters of intimidation.

Letters of fear.

In this passage, Hezekiah receives a threatening letter from Sennacherib, king of Assyria. The message was clear: Surrender, because your God cannot save you.

But Hezekiah teaches us how to respond when pressure comes from every side.

1. He Received It — But He Didn’t Panic

The Bible says he received the letter and read it.

He did not pretend it didn’t exist.

He did not deny reality.

Faith is not denial; faith is confidence in God despite reality.

You may receive:

- A medical report

- A financial notice

- A negative prophecy

- A threatening message

Receiving it is not the problem.
Reacting wrongly is.

2. He Took It to the Right Place

“He went up into the house of the Lord…”

He did not call a political meeting.

He did not consult military strategy first.

He went to the presence of God.

The first response of a spiritual leader is prayer, not panic.

Where you take your battles determines how your battles end.

3. He Spread It Before the Lord

This is powerful.

He laid the letter open before God.
In other words:

“Lord, read what they have written about You and about Your people.”

When you spread it before God:

You shift the case into divine hands.

You move from defense to dependence.

You allow God to defend His own name

4. God Answered Supernaturally

That same night, God struck the Assyrian army. The battle ended without Hezekiah lifting a sword.

When you give it to God:

- You fight less.

- He fights more.

- Victory becomes inevitable.

Conclusion

Every one of us will receive a “letter” in life.
But the question is:

Will you cry about it?
Will you complain about it?
Or will you spread it before the Lord?
When the enemy writes against you,
Take it to the altar.

Because what is laid before God
Cannot remain against you.
