CASTI-NETWORKS-
The CASTI-NETWORKS is made up of the following:
a. CHURCH MEMBERSHIP- this are churches who have networked with CASTI as members
Benefits:
1. history has proved that networks of churches or branches are very successful. these networks of churches are sometimes called denominations.
2. there are several well known networks of churches in the world today. these networks are often the most stable and established congregations everywhere. the assemblies of god church, the church of pentecost, the church of god in christ are but a few notable examples of these networks. the largest church in the world, pastored by david yonggi cho in south korea, belongs to the assemblies of god church network.
3. history has shown that belonging to a network of churches can give rise to very large stable congregations. it may be the key to church growth for your congregation.
4. belonging to a network of churches sometimes eliminates the instability that characterizes young independent churches. the institutional stagnation that sometimes develops in a network of churches may be a lesser evil compared to the advantages that comes with it.
5. in a network of churches, there are tried and tested principles which are passed on to sister churches.
6. in a network of churches, the already existing name serves as publicity and attracts people to the churches. this name becomes like a franchise and serves as a powerful asset. the good name of a network of churches also has spiritual significance that cannot be quantified.
7. in a network of churches, trained members benefit from an established and respected system of pastoral recommendation and appointments.
8. the network of churches can benefit from each other financially. you are not likely to get financial support outside your network. through a system of brotherly interdependence, churches are able to accomplish much more.
9. church members readily flow between churches belonging to the same network. the network of churches is therefore to keep members within the fold.
10. churches within the network easily benefit from anointed senior ministers of that network. these churches do not have to go through the protocol nor experience the cost of having such a ministry.
11. pastors within the network of churches can receive fatherly counsel and encouragement from seniors. pastors of independent churches are usually suspicious and wary of external ministers who parade as fathers. there is little trust because independent churches often compete with one another rather than support each other.
12. Churches within a network operate under a particular spiritual covering. the same anointing runs through the entire network because it is really one church. THE OMEGA TIME EVANGELISTIC MINISTRY WORLDWIDE-GOMOA-KYIREN

THE MAGAZINE
CHURCH ADMINISTRATION-2026-5808
(Since-2011)
An Authoritative Magazine for Church Administration, Management, Leadership & Finance. THE MAGAZINE’S PURPOSE- ‘’ Is to inform, educate and entertain the general public in general and the body of Christ (church ) in particular by setting the church Administration’s agenda authoritatively with biblical, ethical and time tested principles”
After some years of Charismatic Christianity, looking back, and into the future of the Charismatic church in particular in Africa and Ghana in particular, We begin to think and ask questions especially as Ghanaians, what contribution will the Charismatic Church in our Country offer to our Generation and the entire Body of bible believing New testament local Churches in the world? What will happen after the death of the “Founding Fathers”? Are they building the kingdom of God or the kingdom of Man (themselves)? Are men of God or gods of men? Do their churches have policy documents, systems, structures, practices, procedures and processes? What about their human resources in their church organization and what about the succession plan? All these and more gives birth to this magazine
THE MAGAZINE. The magazine seeks to attempt to unravel the knotty gritty of the church’s Administration, first of all in Ghana, Africa and the World at large .We will attempt to pose questions, raise debates, arguments, suggestions, time tested principles, practices, processes, structures, facts, truths and many more issues in our presentation, we would offer administrative and managerial direction to the body of Christ in Africa-our Continent. The Magazine is a product of our many years and experience as a Christians. We are thankful that we grew up in a church that has a good and progressive administrative team. In our various fields of disciplines we had developed a passion for the church and had always hoped for the opportunity to apply it in the work of the church. Thankfully, God favored some of us to be engaged in my church’s Administrative Secretariat, where we have been working as administrative officers for several years now. Moreover, over the years we have engaged ourselves in much research into why some churches are doing well while others are trailing behind with their administration not working. We have been keen observers of many churches administrative structures and functions. Thus this magazine is birthed as a result of an accumulation of knowledge and experiences in both the classroom and the field of work in the church as Children Sunday School Instructors, Adult Class Instructors, Home cell leaders, and intercessors, Counselors, Church Planters, Lecturers, Consultants, Pastors, Teachers and administrative officers. We have been deeply involved in church work over two decades and many similar tasks that require a lot of both spiritual and administrative decisions. This our professional lives as administrators and a lifetime students of pragmatic administration and all the reasons we have given have continued immensely to the conception and birthing of this publication. This work therefore goes far beyond mere theories and philosophy. One other special thing about this magazine is that, most of its contents are part of the comprehensive, specialized modules we use in running a course of studies on Church Administration in Bible Schools and consultancy in churches. we have been teaching these concepts over the years so you can trust that you have a quality work in your hands. Let me add also that the content of this magazine is designed to assist the Body of Christ in general and Local Churches in particular to build the capacities of their administrative staff as well as help in training members in leadership positions in the church’s ministries, departments, and units. It is also a valuable teaching resource for Presidents and Founders of the spiritual organizations, General Secretaries and Church Administrators of churches, ministries and Para-church organizations. If you are an administrative officer or staff member of your organization’s administration, this magazine is an excellent resource material you must do all you can to possess. If you desire to be abreast with the modern times and remain relevant in this complex and specialized field called Church administration, management, leadership and finance then this magazine will be a great source of help and blessing to you on how to manage the church in modern times. The Philosophical Basis of the MAGAZINE
Before you begin to explore the articles, let us sets the records straight that this magazine is largely Bible-based in philosophy and its principles are all derived from God’s Word and what is universally accepted as standard church administrative principles and practices. The purpose therefore is to offer useful, practicable information and suggestions, and specific directions – as will be found in other periodicals. However, our caution is this: after having read this magazine and gained new insights, do not rush to attempts to make radical changes in the current administrative structure of your church. If you have noted that you need an extensive change in your church or ministry’s administration, we will recommend that you seek professional counsel from us. If you have any suggestions, corrections or reactions to what you have read in this magazine, we gladly welcome your comments. Our passionate desire is to contribute our quota to the Body of Christ by utilizing our professional knowledge, experience and skills as well-trained administrators. We pray that this magazine will help you re-organize your personal life. For local churches and ministries – who are our number one target of this magazine – it is our prayer that copies of this magazine will fill the shelves of your offices, departments and libraries. we recommend it also to Bible Schools, where new pastors and leaders are being trained.
