DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!

That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Philippians 2:15

Let every one, for Christ's sake and for his own soul's sake, shun conformity to the world, to its customs, vanities, and fashions. Beware of human commandments that will obscure the holy commandments of God. The pleasure lover is ever unsatisfied, and continually desires to seek again the excitement of the ballroom, the theater, or the party of pleasure. The time God has granted us in which to prepare for eternity is spent by thousands in poring over fictitious stories. God-given intellect is perverted, the Word of God is neglected, the mind and soul are robbed of moral power needed for wrestling against faults and errors, habits and practices, that disqualify the soul for the enjoyment of Christ's presence....

Let the question be asked seriously and with intense interest, "How is it with my soul? Am I by my habits and practices working against my Redeemer?" Inquire, "Do I bring glory to Christ? Do I show to a disobedient and crooked generation that I choose to suffer reproach for the sake of Jesus?" . . . Will the professed followers of Christ aim high, and reach the standard of holiness? Better be a worldling than a common, cheap, professed Christian. Dare to come out from the world and be separate. Dare to be singular because you love Jesus better than the world, and righteousness with persecution better than disobedience with worldly prosperity. Holy and entire obedience through dependence upon the Lord Jesus Christ will strengthen the soul to be steadfast in the faith and hope of the gospel.

Jesus says, "Without me ye can do nothing" (John 15:5). Union with Christ is our only means for overcoming sin. Living in Christ, adhering to Christ, supported by Christ, drawing nourishment from Christ, we bear fruit after the similitude of Christ. We live and move in Him; we are one with Him and one with the Father. The name of Christ is glorified in the believing child of God. This is Bible religion.

Happy Sabbath! Around the world, billions of people live on islands large and small, forming a vast human archipelago in search of connection hope and meaning. The Sabbath is God’s reminder that distance does not have the final word. In Him, we belong to one family and move toward the same eternal home. “For you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28, NKJV).

All Power Belongs to God

No matter how powerful people may seem, all authority and power ultimately belong to God. He is the Creator of heaven and earth, and nothing is impossible for Him. Kings, rulers, and nations rise and fall, but God's power remains forever.

Bible Verse:

"God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God." — Psalm 62:11 (KJV)

Short Message: When God says "Yes," no one can say "No." When God opens a door, no one can shut it. All power belongs to God!

Hold On to Jesus Always

Life has a way of bringing unexpected storms, painful losses, and seasons of uncertainty. There will be moments when our strength fails, our plans fall apart, and our hearts grow weary. In those times, the greatest thing we can do is hold on to Jesus.

Jesus never promised that we would live without troubles, but He did promise that He would never leave us nor forsake us. When the waves are high, hold on to Him. When fear whispers lies into your heart, hold on to Him. When joy fills your days, hold on to Him just the same. He is the unchanging Savior in an ever-changing world.

Sometimes we think our grip on God is weak, but the comforting truth is that His grip on us is stronger. Even when we stumble, He remains faithful. Even when our faith is tested, His love never fails. Our hope is not found in our circumstances but in the One who conquered sin and death.

Today, whatever you are facing, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Trust His timing, rest in His promises, and follow Him faithfully. Hold on to Jesus always, because He is holding on to you.

"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful." — Hebrews 10:23

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for being our constant refuge and strength. In moments of weakness, remind us to cling to You and trust in Your unfailing love. Help us to keep our eyes fixed on You through every trial and every blessing. Strengthen our faith, calm our anxious hearts, and guide our steps according to Your will. No matter what comes our way, may we hold on to You always, knowing that You are faithful and true. In Your precious name we pray, Amen.
