Have you been wondering why kidney diseases are on the increase especially among the youth? Kindly take a look at the lifestyle of the current generation. Smoking (shisha/vaping inclusive) and alcoholism have now become a fashion trend in Ghana.

The one that saddens me the most is how some of the youth are combining energy drink with all kinds of aphrodisiacs and other drugs. Why should you stress your kidneys and liver just because of of a 1-2hr sexual fun?

A previous post was made about these foreigners selling aphrodisiacs in town, and I was saddened to chance upon some of the comments. To the extent of someone boldly saying he prefers to have his kidneys destroyed than not having his sexual pleasure. Like seriously?

If some of you have been seeing the rampant cases of kidney diseases at the hospitals, i'm sure you will be having a second thought on your lifestyle.

THE KIDNEYS MOSTLY DO NOT GIVE YOU A WARNING WHEN THEY ARE MALFUNCTIONING. THE DAY YOU SEE THE SIGN MEANS THE DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED ALREADY

BEWARE.
