Royal Rangers leaders see the challenges young ones face today.
“With God’s help” as our motto says, we are determined to be the premier mentoring ministry for future men and women. Royal Rangers is a spiritual ministry, and we intend to minister in the power of the Spirit.
Our vision is to “influence more young men and women than ever, more effectively than ever.”
Our best days lie before us, not behind us. We exist to fulfill Christ’s missionary mandate “to evangelize the world, to equip the next generation of Christlike men and women , and to empower lifelong servant leaders.” It is by this mission statement we intend to be defined and judged, not by our methodology.
Royal Rangers is a mentoring ministry for future men and women. We are up to the task, and we will not fail because we are focused on building God’s Kingdom His way.
As individuals, we intend to be authentic men and women of God; we will live life as exemplary Christ followers, mentors, servant leaders, team players, and models of faithfulness.
As an organization, we are unalterably committed to our biblical evangelize-equip, empower mission, not our methods. We remain a learning organization to keep our ministry methods relevant to rangers’ lives so they stay receptive to the message.
We go above and beyond to be known as genuinely relational leaders.
As a ministry, we are focused on what is important: Our purpose— to evangelize, disciple, and forge servant leaders;
Our message— the Word;
Our source of power—the Holy Spirit;
Our God-given call—to express it His way;
Our community—to love extravagantly;
Our chief discipline—prayer.
With this vision, mission, and value set guiding us, we are taking Royal Rangers to a whole new generation of young men and women.
