WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2026
The Women’s Fellowship Annual Conference of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Anyinam District – Obuase, was successfully held at PCG Blessed Congregation – Sanso, from Friday, 7th August to Sunday, 9th August 2026.
The conference brought together delegates from five (5) local congregations, who gathered in fellowship, worship, prayer, learning, and sharing as women committed to the work of God and the growth of His Church.
The conference was beautifully opened with a wonderful drama based on the Book of Ruth, presented by the host fellowship. The drama highlighted important lessons of faithfulness, commitment, courage, love, and the strength of women in building families and communities.
Reports from all five locals were presented and received, providing an opportunity to review the activities, achievements, challenges, and progress of the Women’s Fellowship across the district.
One of the major highlights of the conference was a powerful talk delivered by the host Minister on the theme:
“Woman, A Dependable Builder”
The message emphasized the important role of women as builders of their homes, marriages, families, churches, and communities. Women were encouraged to remain faithful, prayerful, wise, responsible, and dependable in their various roles.
Other activities during the conference included prayer sessions, a talk on sexual challenges in marriage, and an interactive session with the Women’s Fellowship executives. These activities provided opportunities for learning, spiritual renewal, open discussion, and strengthening relationships among the women.
The conference came to a glorious conclusion on Sunday, 9th August 2026, with a Communion and Thanksgiving Service, where the women gave thanks to God for His faithfulness, protection, guidance, and the success of the conference.
We give all glory and honour to Almighty God for a successful and fruitful conference. We also appreciate the leadership of the Anyinam District Women’s Fellowship, the executives, delegates from all five locals, the host fellowship, the District Minister Rev. G. Nugba. host Minister, and everyone who contributed in diverse ways to make the conference a memorable one.
May the Lord continue to strengthen our women and make them dependable builders in their homes, the Church, and society.
