MY "POEM" IS ENTITLED "A CHURCH ON FIRE"
1. A Church on Fire is one whose members have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Christ even outside church meetings;
2. A Church on Fire is one whose members don't use church attendance as an excuse to dodge their responsibility in the real world
3. A Church on Fire is one whose members portray the character of Christ in real-life setting beginning from their homes; they are Christians not only in church on Sundays
4. A Church on Fire doesn't need to employ entertainment tactics to lure her members to church meetings; the bubbling fire in them, like David, gives them joy to go to the house of God and even if there are no musical instruments, the fire of love, peace, joy & unity that binds them together is so refreshing they never wanna miss church meetings especially on Sunday.
5. A Church on Fire doesn't first focus on Sunday attendance; she focuses first on the personal spiritual life of her members because she knows that, that is the real deal; she knows that when her members find God at the personal level, they won't struggle coming to fellowship with others; they will come to church with fire from their homes
6. A Church on Fire doesn't measure the spirituality of her members by their Sunday church attendance per se but by how they are living their lives for Christ throughout the week; she measures their spirituality by their personal devotional life and their impact in real-life settings
7. A Church on Fire doesn't use crowded programs to drive her members to serve the Lord; she doesn't use programs as "opioid" to drug them; she allows them room to live their lives for Christ outside church gatherings; church programs are organized for spiritual impact not for program sake
8. A Church on Fire is one whose pulpit is for preaching Christ and Him crucified and not for settling scores and spewing fables
9. A Church on Fire is given to the basics in Church nurturing- prayer meeting to receive the fullness of the Spirit;
