TEPA FOR CHRIST CRUSADE TOWARDS NOVEMBER AGGRESSIVE EVANGELISM
The Three days “Tepa for Christ” crusade dubbed NO JESUS NO LIFE (1 John 5:11-12) organized to cushion the November aggressive evangelism with regards to souls wining was held from November 6th to 8th, 2024. The crusade concluded with of 49 souls won for Christ, 33 adults and 16 children with 25 converts baptized by immersion.
On Saturday morning, health screening and blood donation was also part of the crusade activities; fifty-six (56) people were screened with 9 eligible donors. The crusade was organized at Tepa New Station for evening sessions, and Tepa Central for morning sessions.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
The crusade was marked by a series of activities: Crusade during the evening sessions, Holy Ghost and healing sessions in the morning, Jesus March through the principal streets, medical outreach, outreaches led by the advance team (including house to house, and personal evangelism).
PRE-CRUSADE ACTIVITIES
Prior to the crusade, several activities were conducted, including seminars for the Pastorate, Gospel heralds/ushers & Counselors, fasting and prayers in August and October 2024, publicity, and Jesus March through the principal streets of the Tepa Municipal.
ATTENDANCE
The Chairman for the crusade, the Area Head for Tepa, Apostle David Nii Addo-Pappoe and Mama Faustina were present throughout the days to grace the program. The Area Evangelism Leader Pastor Stephen Larbi and the entire Pastorate and wife were also present.
The Area Head Apostle David Nii-Addo Pappoe opening the crusade on Wednesday, gave a profound evangelical sermon stating that, anyone who does not have Christ does not have the life of God in him. This life he said is called the “Zoe life”. He exclaimed that when you one receives Christ, he becomes a new creation death and sin has no control over him again. In fact, he has passed on from death to life and darkness into light.
Pastor Enoch Mensah Tepa-Beposo district speaking on Thursday also yelled that, Christ is the giver of eternal life. He continued that, Jeus Christ is the only accredited savior and there is no one else like him. He finished his evangelical discourse that, God will judge humanity one day and that’s why he sent his son to die and save the world and whosoever believes in him shall not attract the judgement and wrath of God.
Pastor Stephen Larbi the Tepa Area Evangelism leader climaxed the crusade on Friday, speaking to the same theme NO JESUS NO LIFE. He also espoused that, salvation is available for all who call upon the name of Jesus and believes in him followed with confession and ending that salvation is found in no other name except in the name of Christ.
Health screening and blood donation was also organized on the Saturday morning following with House to house and one-on-one evangelism.
