OUR YEAR OF GOOD THINGS!

21 DAYS PRAYER & FASTING! 🙏
THE ANOINTED AND HIS ANOINTING!
DAY 2. CHAP. 2
1. Thank God for Day 2 of our season of prayer and fasting for 2018! Take some time to worship God for a new day loaded with renewed mercies and good things!
Ps 68:19. Lam. 3:22-23.
ii. Its a new day! Pray that you'd be anointed with fresh oil! May your head never lack oil. Take some time to speak in tongues and enter the spirit realm.
Ps 92:10. Eccl. 9:8.
1 Cor. 14:2. Jude 19-20.
iii. God pours His Spirit on golden vessels! What are the things you must give up this year to be a vessel for God's anointing?
Pray that you'd be purged from iniquities that hinder you from being a vessel unto honour, sanctified and meet for the anointing and the Master's use and every good work! May you be a vessel of gold!

1 Kings 7:48-51. Zech. 4:1-6.
2. The *treasure of the anointing* is found associated with the anointed.
i. The anointing is a great treasure! Pray that you'd seek the treasure of the anointing of the anointed like you'd seek any other treasure!
- Seek the anointing like Moses!
( Exodus 33:13-15 )
- Seek the anointing like David!
( Psalm 51:10-12 )
- Seek the anointing like Elisha
( 2 Kings 2:1-15 )
- Seek the anointing like Jesus
( Luke 4:1-2, 14-19 )
- Seek the anointing like the disciples sought the anointing!
( Acts 1:14. 2:1-4. 4:31 )
ii. As a church God has given us the anointed in Bishop Dag Heward - Mills. Our year of Good Things is realised as we connect to him. Let's seek the anointing on his life! Which aspect of the anointing are you seeking after? Pray for it! God can take it and place it on you!

Luke 11:11-13.
3. We all seek for that on the anointed which brings healing, breakthrough, miracles etc. It is the anointing! It is not flying around; it is in the anointed!
i. Pray that you'd know how to recognise and relate with the anointed whoever he is in a way as to be able to walk in his anointing! Elisha did!
2 Kings 2:9-15.
ii. Pray against the spirit of familiarity that hinders the church from a certain reverence and an ability to respond to the power of the anointed.
Matt. 11:16-25. Mark 6:1-6.
iii. Pray that the Holy Spirit would help you make the needed changes in order to relate with the anointing of the anointed. May our eyes be filled with admiration like babes for the anointed God has given us!

4. God has chosen people to place the anointing upon. They may be black or white, male or female etc. You'd have to deal with them whether you like it or not to gain the anointing! God has chosen for us Bishop Dag Heward - Mills.
i. Pray for grace and humility to submit and deal wisely with this great anointing God has placed in and on him for you! God cannot use you without you relating to His anointed!
1 Sam. 24:4-6. 1 Chron. 16:22.
1 Chron. 29:23-25.
ii. Your ability to handle the anointed person and relate with the anointed person will determine your access to the anointing. Know that the anointed are also men of like passions like we are!
Acts 14:14-15. James 5:17.
Prayer: Lord teach me how to handle the anointed whether strange, unusual or even odd. He carries something I need!
iii. Ask God to deliver you from suffering the fate of those who become an enemy to the anointed.
Psalm 89:20-23.
5. The Anointing is in Three Places: The man of God has *the anointing with him, upon him or within him*.
i. May our eyes be opened to see the anointing in these three places of the anointed. Elijah told Elisha if you can see ...
Prayer: Father open my eyes to recognise where the anointing resides!
2 kings 2:9-10.
ii. Pray that the anointing of the anointed would come upon you and envelope you! *May it be with you, upon you and within you!*
Lk 1:35. John 14:16-17.
Lk 4:18-19. 1John 2:20,27.
iii. Pray for an open Heaven! As we pray in this season, may the Heavens open over us and may the anointing like a dove rest on us throughout this year in Jesus name! It is God's best gift to us this year!
Lk 3:21-22. Lk 11:11-13.
iv. It is the anointing that destroys yokes! Pray that any yoke in your life that prevents you from being anointed be destroyed in Jesus name!
Prayer: Lord let the anointing destroy every yoke hindering my breakthrough, progress, advancement and deliverance in Jesus name!
Is 10:27.
6. Pray for the will of God for your life this year! The will of God is mysterious that's why you must pray about it! God knows what you need! May He show us what is good and what He requires of us this year! May we stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
Eph. 1:9. Matt. 26:39-40.
Micah 6:8. Col. 4:12.
ii. Pray concerning your covenant with the Lord for this year. Ask for grace to fulfil your part of the covenant. God would only respond when we do our part.
Eccl. 5:4-6. Is 1:19-20.
iii. God has prepared many good things for us this year which no eye has seen nor ear heard neither entered into any heart.
Pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal and open our eyes to see them as they unfold everyday throughout this year in Jesus name! It's our year of good things!

iv. Once again Pray to stay connected to the anointed God has given us. May every nourishment and good things through him be our portion in Jesus name!
Eph. 4:15-16. Col. 2:18-19.
7. Thank God that because of His promises in John 14:13-14. 15:7. 16:23 and Mark 11:24, we believe we have received answers to every prayer prayed in Jesus name!
