Bishop Victor Goldsmith, Presiding Overseer of Kairos Rhema Ministries, accompanied by church representatives, visited the Global Evangelical Church Agape Chapel-Kpone to commiserate with the congregation and bereaved families of the four victims of the recent Kpone community fire outbreak. Three of the deceased were members of the Children's Ministry of Agape Chapel-Kpone.
They presented an undisclosed amount to the widow of one of the victims, whose structure was gutted by the fire.
Bishop Goldsmith acknowledged the instrumental role of Mr. Theophilus Dikenoo, a member of the Global Evangelical Church, Dawhenya, in facilitating the visit. Upon learning of the tragedy, Mr. Dikenoo who is also a good friend and Christian brother to the Bishop, brought it to the Bishop's attention, prompting the Ministries to provide financial assistance to the affected families.
Rev. Gershon Agbeshie, District Pastor of Global Evangelical Church Agape Chapel-Kpone, gratefully received the Bishop's delegation and expressed heartfelt appreciation for their kindness and generosity.
