About the Organization:
GEC-Emmanuel Child and Youth Development Center, an NGO dedicated to uplifting the lives of children, is situated in Susuakyi/ Old Ahinsan within the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly. Our primary mission is advocating for children and developing them holistically. In pursuit of this mission, we focus on holistic child development, encompassing spiritual, socio-emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
As part of our commitment to providing a conducive learning environment for the children we serve, we are soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the construction of a ten-seater toilet facility. We invite eligible contractors to participate in this project and help us create a safe and hygienic environment that promotes the well-being of the children we serve.

Qualifications:
This notice invites eligible contractors to bid for the construction of a 10-seater toilet facility. To be eligible, firms or individuals must possess the following qualifications:
1) A registered company name.
2) Must have been in existence for over 5 years.
3) Must have a good reputation in the town/city situated.

Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must include the following information:

5) Because of space, the proposal should consider submittals that have 5 seats on the ground floor and 5 seats on the first floor.

Contract Negotiation:
GEC-Emmanuel Child and Youth Development Center reserves the right to negotiate all elements of the submittals, proposals, terms, conditions, and/or scope of work as part of the contract negotiation process before any formal authorization of the Contract. Please submit responses via email ONLY to [email protected].

Deadline:
Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. the close of day on Friday, November 10, 2023. Proposals submitted after the due date will not be considered. Consultants accept all risks of late delivery or spam delivery submittals regardless of fault. GEC-Emmanuel Child and Youth Development Center reserves the right to reject any submittals and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process.
Costs and Outsourcing:
This RFP does not obligate GEC-Emmanuel Child Development Center to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of their proposals. Furthermore, the Centre will not accept any vendor to outsource any part of the contract to another person.
