Leaders and pastors of the gospel help the Young ones , in fact the young ministers are passing through the hell and cumbersomes . Some have given up on ministry and their call because no leader or senior pastor helped them. Don't define a young minister in your own term whilst you are not ready to help them and let them be built up more powerfully and strong. The young ministers can't sometimes obey you because you are not in picture to help them but your interest and benefit only you look for..
