*PROCRASTINATION IS AN ENEMY*
------------------------------------------------------------

*_See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. (Ephesians 5:15-16)_*

Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing tasks. It is an enemy, not a friend. Often referred to as “the thief of time”, procrastination hinders real progress. The constant doubt of “to go or not to go; to do or not to do” leads nowhere. The Bible consistently teaches us to act in line with God’s instructions and requirements. Avoid laziness, shun excuses, whether genuine or not, and give your best effort in all you do.

We live in perilous times where there is no room for waste. Hence, we must earnestly engage in our Father’s business. We must actively preach the gospel, support its reach with our resources, and strive to advance the kingdom. The Lord desires purpose-driven Christians. Delaying or postponing the will and work of God achieves nothing. James 1:6-8 says, *a double-minded person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.*

Ephesians 4:27 advises us *not to give the devil a foothold.* Know who you are and what you are called to do. The Bible calls us *ambassadors of Christ* (2 Corinthians 5:20), meaning we represent Him and extend the kingdom to those who do not know Him. As an ambassador, you can’t be double-minded or postpone important duties. Embrace your role in priesthood and attend to souls now in fulfilling destiny. Hallelujah!

*Decree*
_I refuse to be double-minded. I remain committed to my work or calling. I have clarity on what to do. I do not delay the assignment of the Lord for me. Amen!_

*IT IS A BLESSING TO SEE*
------------------------------------------------

*_But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. (Matthew 13:16)_*

There is nothing more blessed than the ability to see clearly. To “see” is to *perceive, witness,* or *detect* someone or a thing with the eyes or any of your senses. However, there is a kind of seeing that transcends mere physical sight. Many people have physical eyes but are still blind. This was the plight of the Pharisees, as Jesus repeatedly pointed it out to them. Similarly, the Israelites were described *as having eyes but not seeing* (Psalm 115:5). The ability to see is profoundly important.

What you see communicates to you. Often, when God wants His children to take action, He shows them something to see. Your vision has the potential to bring immense blessings into your life. Significant changes often occur when people begin to see and perceive their surroundings and circumstances. Darkness prevails when people fail to see. Hence the devil exploits their ignorance. Therefore beloved, receive the grace to see.

Seeing and perceiving makes you vigilant and strong. Don’t be like idols who have eyes but see nothing. When you look, see clearly, understand, and you’ll be more blessed than if you refuse to see. As a believer, being conscious of the divine army around you boosts your confidence and boldness. Embrace divine insight. Refuse to be blind.

_I receive grace to see what God wants me to see. I’m empowered to go all out for the Lord because I see. My eyes are open to opportunities and doors. Hallelujah!_

*UNSEEN FORCES*

*_And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand. (Exodus 14: 5:8)_*

The story of Pharaoh demonstrates that the heart of a king is indeed in the hands of God. How can a man endure numerous afflictions and suffering but still refuse to change his ways? Even after the death of all firstborns in Egypt, including animals, Pharaoh remained hard-hearted. This stubbornness was driven by a force beyond mere human will. Many people wonder why, despite their best efforts and intentions, they end up making poor decisions. Often, unseen forces compel individuals to act contrary to godliness.

After God’s favour led the Israelites to plunder the Egyptians, the latter eventually regained their senses. Initially, they were under divine influence, compelling them to give generously to the Israelites. This highlights a significant advantage for believers. When circumstances seem bleak, there is a divine force working behind the scenes, making the impossible possible.

Similarly, Elisha assured his anxious servant, *“Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them”* (2 Kings 6:16). When God provides assurance, we must believe. He is the ultimate judge of both the seen and unseen realms, orchestrating events for our benefit regardless of the opposition. Hallelujah!

_I am not alone. My life is preserved by the power of God. I’m kept by the invincible hand of the Father. I survive deadly opposition and troubles. Amen!_

*THE INHERITANCE OF A GOOD MAN*

*_A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. (Proverbs 13:22)_*

An inheritance is something passed on to an heir by law on the death of the owner. They can be both tangible and intangible. They are a blessing to generations. It makes the labour of generations easier. Now King Solomon, in the theme verse says that only good men leave inheritance for their children now and those unborn. This is what gives meaning to life.

Many live anyhow because they never thought of leaving any inheritance for their children. They spend and waste every thing that comes into their hands. They mishandle opportunities and relationships because they care less about it’s effect on their children. Beloved, understand that, your life was not given to you, just for you. Your life is like a network, whether dead or alive. It leads to another life. It affects others born or unborn so don’t deceive yourself. Live with inheritance in mind.

You may not have a physical inheritance to leave behind but you may have inheritance of opportunities and good relationships to leave for your children. Your children can get jobs no one ever thought they could or travel around the world just because you were a good friend to someone. One kindness you can show someone can open doors to your generations forever.

_Faithful God, thank you for freely giving your Son so I can inherit your blessing. I labour to leave a good inheritance for my children in Jesus Name. Amen!_

*DON’T PAMPER THE FLESH*
----------------------------------------------------

*_“For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die; but if ye through the spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.” (Romans 8:13)_*

Flesh as used in the theme scripture represents all that is natural, earthly and human. The flesh denotes the yearnings that make you feel seemingly good and satisfied. The Apostle Paul calls it *“the desires of the flesh”*. To live after the flesh is to live by its desires and yearnings. The theme scripture emphatically states that men who live in the flesh, fulfilling its desires and yearnings live in death (separation from God).

When the flesh is allowed to operate, it leads a person into sin. The devil is stronger over the flesh than he could be over your spirit. So when all you do or have is in the flesh, then surely the devil can influence or manipulate them to his advantage. You must learn to live life from the spirit and not the flesh. The Bible says that, *“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth”* (John 4:24).

Understand that true life is spiritual. If you want to be fulfilled in life and walk in the will of God, you must allow the Holy Ghost to guide you in your spirit. Don’t pamper the flesh and allow it to gain mastery over your spirit. Else everything you touch will die because the devil can manipulate it. Be spiritual in all your dealings. The Lord is ever present to help in times of need. Glory!

_I refuse to give in to the flesh. I am led and directed of the spirit. I act on the command of God in His Word. I beat my body into subjection to the Word. Glory!_

*JESUS THE LIFE GIVER*

*_The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. (John 10:10)_*

Jesus is the source of life. Without Jesus, you are dead to true life. Without Him man will just exist but won’t have life. Breath give existence, but Jesus gives life. Someone will then ask, what is life? Life is Christ at work in a man. Life is man in communion with God; Christ in man, and man in Christ. When a man disconnects from God, he is dead, yet breathing. This is what happened to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden.

One of Jesus’ disciples asked Him a question, and Jesus answered, *“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”* (John 14:6). Jesus indeed is life. Maybe you need life in your business, marriage, health, finance or family; Jesus is the only source. If you disconnect them all from Jesus, and try to connect them to the economics, philosophy or trends of the world, you will sink with them. Jesus never dies. Because He has conquered death forever.

Beloved, Jesus came specifically to give you life. Because He sees you in death. The bible says, *“In him was life…”* (John 1:4). This means outside of Him is death. That is ceasation of life by breathing, waiting for the body to fall and decay. This death is the limitation of the flesh under the oppression of the devil. Receive life!

_Jesus is my life. Christ lives in me and by Him I do all things. I have life because I have Jesus. Hallelujah!_

*BE FIRST TRANSFORMED*

*_Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. (Matthew 5:14)_*

There are many who often say they want to change the world, but haven’t even discovered themselves yet. You first have to save or change yourself. Then, you can influence the world. If you can change yourself, indirectly you’ve changed the world. If you influence yourself, you’ve influenced the world. If you would be saved, you’ve saved the world. Change begins with you.

Don’t focus first on what you can do for the world. Start with how much of your heart has been transformed with light. If you can focus on you and change, you will be the change others want, and directly, the world wants. Begin to shine from within. If only the world can see your light, they will be attracted, and be impacted.

Jesus, first is the light of the world, and it is his light that has made many also light. Paul admonished Timothy, *“Study to shew himself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Also to shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness”* (2 Timothy 2:15-16 ). You are a kingdom ambassador. So if you don’t live the kingdom life, how can you help others to live that life also? Work on yourself first to change, and others surely will also change.

_I bring light to my world. I am called and ordained to go forth and bear fruit. Many are coming to my light in Jesus name. I shine everywhere. Hallelujah!_

*ENTERTAINING ANGELS*

*_Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. (Hebrews 13:2)._*

Loving your neighbour as yourself is a command. You don’t have to be bitter towards anyone. In fact, a life of love for others even gives you the opportunity to entertain angels. This is very key. The reason is, most answers to our prayer comes in these forms. Note, he is not only talking about receiving someone to sleep in your house, but most importantly, your hospitable reception and relation with others.

Abraham entertained some strangers only to find out later that they were angels, and God Himself. (Genesis 18:2-4). Right after this visit Sarah took seed and Isaac was born. But if he had not entertained them he would have missed the blessings God brought. Treat everyone around you with brotherly kindness. Some people will try to frustrate you but disallow their frustration to quench you. Maintain the works of righteousness. Be not bitter or quit your good deeds.

In place of bitterness, know how to react the right way. Allow the wisdom of God to guide you. Your acts of kindness is not a waste. Never think that, someone paying you with evil for your good is better than you. God will bless you like He blessed Abraham for every act of goodness or kindness towards men. Glory!

_I entertain angels for I am kind to everyone. I walk in the blessings as l express my love towards my neighbours. I refuse to harbour bitterness. Amen!_

*THE POTENCY OF LITTLE*

*_Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man. (Proverbs 6:10-11)_*

It is awe-inspiring how seemingly invisible things in the natural can really be formidable forces to contend with. Come to think of it; that deadly ailments are caused by very minute pathogens! Not long ago did the whole world experience the dread and horror of a pandemic caused by a tiny little virus. Viruses are tiny microbes invisible to the eye and even low power lenses.

This proves that little things can be really expensive. Our theme scripture draws our attention to the loss one can suffer by disregarding the little. The little compromise here and there, the little disobedience to instructions, the little lateness, the little excuses, the little procrastinations, the little negligence to healthy living, the little malice, the little anger, the little grudges, the little carelessness, the little pride, the little gossip, can go a long way to block your open doors and blessings. These can even affect your physical and mental health.

Never underestimate the power of the little. They are mostly simple but very powerful. Sin begins with that little disobedience. The little chances you take advantage of can end your toil forever. Great things begin as little. Sow that little seed of goodness, mercy and kindness. You will be blessed forever. Amen!

*LIVING FAITH*

*_For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:17)_*

Faith is the life of every Christian. By faith we were born and in faith we live. As a Christian, know that you are as strong and great as your FAITH. You will need not just any faith but the God-kind of faith to face life in all realms to win. You cannot commune with God without faith. The Bible says, *”But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”* (Hebrews 11:6).

The reason the Bible appears unreal to many believers is, they don’t know what this faith life is all about and how to even live it. Faith is learnt. Faith is grown. When you refuse to learn and grow it, you become victim to the devil and his schemes. Jesus celebrated people for their faith and it brought wholeness to them.

To be an authority in life, you will need a growing faith. You will need it to move things from the Spirit to the physical and back. Faith is the shield that stops the devil against you. One key thing that counts for you in life is your Faith. The God-kind of faith will make you an overcomer everyday. Don’t throw away your faith. Grow and build it with the WORD. You need it.

_I live and walk by faith in the name of Jesus. I refuse to live by my strength and abilities. I live life by faith in Christ Jesus. I have dominion in Christ Jesus. Amen!_

*HUMILITY IS THE WAY UP*

*_And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. (Matthew 23:12)_*

Humility is a very great virtue in the kingdom of God. It’s the technology that causes rise. It’s also a weapon against every snare of pride and arrogance. The only way up in the kingdom is the way of humility. Humility is a spiritual virtue. This means it is not mainly about how you look, dress or talk but it’s abaout the leading of the Holy Ghost regarding different matters of life and the decisions He guides you to make.

Humility will always make someone around you better and improved. Humility does not make people slaves. Even if they came as slaves, they become better and fulfiled in life. God loves humble people, because with them He is able to acheive a lot. He reaps and still reaping a lot from the humility of Jesus unto the cross, Abraham leaving his father’s home and the Apostle reaching the gentiles.

This is why he will increase the grace of the humble, so they can go far and do more. Pride is a rebellion unto God, so He also resists it to the latter. No proud person has ever succeeded with God. Absalom became proud, and took his father’s throne. Not only that but also went after his father’s life. In no time, he was brought down and wasted in battle. May you grow in humility.

_I choose humility. I follow the lead of the Holy Ghost. I make godly decisions in Jesus. Amen!_
