Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.

Do not despise your tears My child, for they are precious to Me.
Someday, I will wipe every tears from your eyes, but for now you inhabit a vale of tears.

Just as water is necessary for seeds to grow into plants, your tears help you grow into a stronger, more joyful Christian.

Your willingness to share in the sorry of this deeply fallen world gives you depth and compassion.
It also enlarges your capacity for joy.
