OKUMANING DISTRICT HOLDS SEMINAR FOR BECE CANDIDATES.

The Okumaning District on Saturday 1st October, 2022 held a seminar for BECE Candidates from Schools in the catchment Area.

In all over 100 students from the various schools participated. Students were taken through ‘How to Answer BECE Questions’, ‘Examination Malpractices’, Dos and Dont’s in Examinations’ and ’Schools and Courses Selection’. The Seminar served as an eye opener for participants as it exposed them to many new things. We we blessed to have 2 WAEC Examiners and some Head Teachers and other Teachers who took the participants through the various sessions.

The District Minister Prince Kono-Mensah also referred to Proverbs 21:31 to exhort the participants to prepare adequately for the exams and trust God for victory. He charged them to avoid all forms of examination malpractice to prevent bringing shame to God, themselves, their families, their schools and the body of Christ. He also led the student to pray for success and God’s protection over the period.

Participants were refreshed at the end of the service.

Present at the Seminar were the Head Teachers of the schools, some officers in the District and some members
