For 15 years I’ve been in the Information Communication and Technology [ICT} industry, I have come across many people both within my church and outside who are interested to venture into the industry but are less privilege for the lack of financial support. Hence, the formation of Harvest Chapel International [ICT] Club Kasoa [HAKTECH]. As an ardent member of Harvest Kaso
a branch, member of Internet Society Organization, Ghana Chapter [ISOC Ghana], Head of Business Support at Bezsols IT Ltd and with the experience gathered so far, I wish to create this platform and extend my knowledge and experience to interested young and adult members. The Bible has said in Mathew 18:11 that, ``For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost``. My main objective in forming this club is to extend the knowledge, to the less privilege Brothers and Sisters out there who are also interested but cannot afford. I believe this will enable us as a branch to win souls into the house of our Lord Jesus Christ in fulfillment of our mandate as Harvesters. Whiles using this opportunity to win souls, club members will use Information Technology as professional Engineers in ways that will benefit them to become financially self-sustainable. With this, I have come up with a Club name [HAKTECH]. page, Instagram Page, Twitter Handle and Email address has already been created, which would be the main source of information for members during and after the classes hours. Every session will take a maximum of 2 hours. Out of these hours, the first 30 minutes will be used for Bible teachings, which will be led by a member of our Coordinators or someone from the church. Another 30 minutes will be for Lectures and the final hour used for practical lessons. The course focuses on Hardware and Network Engineering,, CCTV, Fire and Panic Control Systems.
