I had a 500 gig external hard drive plus a laptop with 500 gig RAM. Both were chucked full with seasonal and single movies—but especially seasonal.


I could finish a season with about 23 episodes—each lasting about 50 minutes—in less than 24 hours.


Oh, and I was not a baby Christian. I was already a 'man of God' who went for ministrations. But my spiritual advancement—growth and development—had hit an invisible ceiling.


I was praying and doing my personal Bible study. But they had degenerated into mechanical activities. When I prayed or studied the Bible, I couldn't wait to get it over with so I could continue with an interesting seasonal movie from where I stopped.


This was during my house job in 2014/2015. I had become a shadow of myself—spiritually speaking.


Then came my deliverance. In a ministers' retreat organised by my pastor on the mountain, I cried to the Lord.


"My Lord and my God, Father why have you forsaken me. Revive my spiritual life..."


I was still crying and throwing spiritual tantrums at heaven when the Holy Spirit told me to shut up!


"You are the one who has forsaken your spiritual reality and identity."


I stopped praying, sat down and started listening.


He continued... "Your laptop, your hard drive and your phone are not mere gadgets. They are the extensions of your life. What is in your hard drive reflects what is in your heart drive. And your soul has taken up the image of the content of those storage devices."


He said, "where you spend most of your time determines what is in your life. So you see, the revival you seek is in your own hands. I'm not holding it."


My eyes lit up! I couldn't wait to get back home... I became a changed man after that education by the Spirit.


When I got home, I wiped my laptop and external hard drive clean of all the movies and TV shows. Never looked back since then.


See, we always have time for anything we call priority.


If a deeper walk with God in 2022 becomes a top priority for you, you will find, create or even borrow the time to invest in it. You will slaughter your distractions!


For where priority is set, time comes to rest. And where commitment goes, time follows!

I was invited by a church in Aba. We went and they took me to their bedroom and kept my wife in their parlour. And they asked me to bring every money on me and the key to my car.

So, I told the pastor of the church; so you invited a guest speaker, locked him up, collect his money and the key to his car. I will give you the key when I hear God say surrender the key and the money to them and I will give it to you. But for now, I will not.

They said no problem. We'll give you a cup to drink from and you will hear God tell you to give us the key to your car and the money on you.

I said, "sure, bring the liquid(poison), let me drink". They brought me a liquid and I said to the liquid, ''thou liquid(poison), I drink you as tea and you must function as tea. If you go beyond the boundaries of tea, whatever God is going to do to you, don't call my name".

I raised the cup up and said, "thou cup, you are now tea.."

I watched them till it got to midnight. I said to them, "it's now my turn to demonstrate the power of the kingdom I represent. You have given me something and I have taken it.

They ran to my wife; madam... come come come, oga is angry, he wants to kill us.

My wife walked over to where I was and said, "you like trouble. They have open that gate, let us go".

Madam..who is causing trouble? Me or they? I came to preach for them, they lock me up, they want money, they want key. Who is the one breaking the law? Me or these people? She said, "na u sabi".

And they began to beg me.... I like when my enemy beg me for their life to be spared.

How many of you believe that you can drink poison and it will not kill you?

Listen to me, the joy of the Lord is your strength..

Lord I don't know how am going to come out of this situation,but I will rejoice in the God of my salvation..I know he is coming to save me..

There are times in your life that you do not know whether or not God will show up in that situation, the bible tells you to make reference to scripture and check..Has God showed up for someone like me in the past? If he did it before, he can do it again..He is the same God back then and now.

In the bible God delivered and lifted men.People slept in prison and woke up as prime minister, people received their dead loved ones back to life, prostitutes became part of the linage of Jesus, the barren received their children..
So if I cannot explain the way my life is going, I can check scripture and say I know God is faithful..The God of my salvation will show up for me.. and as bold as my challenge may seem, I will rejoice...

Listen..

The moment there is weeping, God's power cannot come. It takes Joy...joy is a magnet.
I know it is human to cry and grief, but grief is a spirit that continues to drive breakthrough away from you..You must sustain an impartation that gives you the grace to smile through stroms.. You don't smile because things have changed, You smile and rejoice to change them...

If you wait for things to change before you have joy, then they will never change.. Joy is derived from the Holy Spirit..not your power.. Ask him for this..

I have seen it in ministry that the people who are always sad and gloomy almost never receive..God has to find a way to impart joy..That's why some people have to laugh in spirit before they receive.
Joy is poweful..
