Mandatory of How Any Nation May Experience The Two Types Of Ruling Government which are Civilian and Military Government and How Harmony and Tranquility Can be experimented. ( Luke 3 vs 7-14 ). The responsibility is given for both Civilian and Military if it Arose. The Civilian are regarded as the Multitudes and their responsibility to each individual must be live of Given and Sharing.Avoidance of gridinness,self centered love. The Military Regime also have their attitudinal responsibility towards the civilian that are not military, because of their weakness, and not harassment of the civilian.just as Paul said Soldier can't get himself in Civilian's matter again. Now the life span of the Two Government and Cord is accurate accountability of Money by the Tax Collector ( Revenue) That must not collect more than legally stipulated. This is the both administrative and management aspect that are to be followed by any Country ,as to experience Peace, Tranquility and Harmony. The Scripture can never be broken. AVOIDANCE OF SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE BY GHANA GOVERNMENT. God give great concerned to Human daily life living than building of structural building called Church or Cathedral. In John 6 vs 1-10,He provide food for them,while He made them sat on Grass for the eating. Show me your Faith and I will show you my deed. An illustration was given that A person was naked and hungry and he was prayed for by A Person and let him go unattended. The same person that was naked and hungry went to another person,but without pray met all his needs. Then the Bible as the question among the Two people that showed God's love. If food is not preference from God, He wouldn't have included" Give us our daily bread "? In Matthew 21 vs 18-19,, Jesus Christ was hungry in the morning,and seeing A Fig tree expect to get fruit,but the failure made Him to pronounced curse on the Tree ,that dried to the root. There many big tilted Ministers' of God,but the biggest tilted that God recognized is The Ministers 'of the WORD. Many posts has been given out but because bof no recognition by men it went to dustbin, but forgot that God raised Kings fromThe same dustbin.Imposted ,how God asked the Government to sacrificed E- Levy and He has better substitution,but to no avail . Don't go to IMF,with Bible references (Genesis 26 vs 1-19) all to rubbish. Heaven and Earth shall pass away but an iota of the Word will not go unfulfilled. God empowered His Spirit in the process as to deliver it from arrested by Satan. Hold Spirit's effectiveness is the Power. Holy Spirit flows like electric current but the power manifested when turned to Heat. The Spirit of God is hovering over the Water but not the deep. Deep manifested baby the volume of water. Today we like to treat problem,which is wrong attitude,but the best attitude is to find Solution. God saw the solution was to conquered and drew His attention to the Water,that by His spoken Word ,the light will manifest.Thev Bible says Eyes see eyes in the Water, Reflection power. The source of Hydroelectric Power Generating , first came to life and living in Genesis 1 vs 1-4. The power and deficiency of Spirit was written bin Proverb 18 vs 14. What Drew My Father Jesus Christ To The Two Fisher of fishes but decided to enter Peter's Boat for service is the Mending and Washing of their Net and the mind of serving deposited as Grace in Peter,toward neighbor. Mending of character or what is wrong in one's life and living is of great interest to Jesus to make connection.Furthermore ,despite the Net caught nothing,they are washing the Fishing Net ,this stands for Holiness of their equipment preparation against tomorrow. This means ,they cast not away their confident away Hebrews 12 vs 35 -39. Now how Peter was chosen or approached ? 1 Samuel 16 vs 7. Your outward and inward character must tally in godliness and godly manner for Him to connection as written in ,Amos 3 vs 3. With this connection, you will have wisdom upgrade as written in Proverb 13 vs 20. Evident in Peter's life and living in his ministry and ministration in Acts 3 vs 1-9,Also as how Peter's Shadow was healing and walked on the Sea. Should Christa meant to be Poor even by God ? NO ! The production of Human's Needs and Essentialities has been provi before the creation of Man on the Six Days,which made the Seventh day to be the day of the Lord,that He rested, blessed and made holy. Even after the eviction of Adam and Eve fro the garden that all things were added to them yet God made the grace and assignment of prosperous with them.The proof was in Deuteronomy 28 vs 12 and Deuteronomy 30 vs 9. But the the condition of hand prosperity was written in Psalm 24 vs 3-6. When Jesus hand was cleaned, multiplication of five loaves of bread and Two fishes was experienced. When Jesus Christ hand was cleaned,He brought High Priest Jairus Daughter to life and living, while Jairus was not capable of doing for his Daughter,because,his hand was not cleaned. God made made Man fro Clay and transformation to flesh by formation and breath and became a living being. What the greatest level of blessings and prosperity , He desire for Man that poverty. Today the springing up of Churches and Fellowships are ennoumous, is very good. But the best expectation of God is to know the Word of God and be the Doer. How many people are taught as Jesus Christ has the interested of teaching and expositioner. Many Prayers are like smoke that gathering in a second and disappeared, because in 1 Corinthians 4 vs 20 , it says the Kingdom of God is not of talk but Power. God even desired that training of A Person or Two to fulfill His Word that ,? One person will conquered One Thousand and Two Ten Thousands is far better than production of quantities than qualities.Samson was able to kill One Thousand with Donkey's Jaw. David was produced to save the whole Israelites from the hand of Goliath. Now let have the mind transformation of not how long, but how well as Jesus did to the Woman of Samar by the Well of Jacob. To establish my Statement, read Zachariah 3 vs 1-2. Read about testimony God gave about his performance." Is not this Man a burning stick snatched from the fire ? The Attitude That Can Isolate A Nation or Person From Global Famine Which Detieorated Human's Life and Living. ( Genesis 26 vs 1-19). Isaac was tested in time of hardshipness in A Nation in the Country he was a stranger, Mesopotamia. The Bible said " We are Strangers in this World but Citizens of Heaven. We give attention to our problems and afflictions than listen to God . While God that foretold us to "Call on Me on the Day of your troubles." He made Himself ava in Matthew 11 vs 28-30 as advanced Strong Tower and Place of permanent abode and safety. Isaac must be a Mentor for any Nation or Nationals experience famine or Economic Strangulation. He also decided to run out of destined condition that was set as Test for him,as he thought of going to Egypt for solution. Just as some Countries are Seek for Financial Assistance from ( I M F ). Put God told Isaac not to go DOWN to Egypt. Isaac has descernment spirit of discerned ( Don't go DOWN) as precautions and not solution for his plan which is not in alignment to the Will of God. Isaac also put Jeremiah 17 vs 5-8 into study for decision takened. The Bible says " Let Reason Together ( Isaiah 1 vs 18-20 ). In Book of Haggai 2 vs 8" Gold and Silver belongs to Me ". BORROWER is A Slave to the LENDER . The is A Sovereign Nation Turned Herself to SLAVE because of Borrowing,then is like A SALT that Lost Her TASTES. Isaac put faith in James 1 vs 17 and solution of blessings was given to him by isolation himself from famine by obedient to God's Word than the rest Nation and National. Cursed Be The One That's Hanged. We professed that Jesus Christ carried away curses, biblically. Yes ,the Scripture can't be broken. The punishment of Sins varies ,even as written in John9 vs 31 " That God never listen to Prayer of Sinner..So hanged on the cross may be another punishment against Sin . If Jesus Christ was hanged on the cross because ,He transferred our sin on Himself, then how was Jesus Christ buried,and resurrected to fulfill His Mission and Vision as written in Matthew 16 vs 20-23 , because Hanged person as a results of Sin, not eligible to be buried., talk-less of resurrection ?. When was the cursed removed from, Jesus Christ and by how ? Shalom.

Jesus Christ said " Where I AM my Servant must be there and My Father will glorify him ". If Jesus Christ gave this mandate to Servant, then there is a question to be answered by some Christains that the Couples are attending different Churches . If the relationship of Servant to the Master is not legitimate as Husband and Wife,in regards that,,the Bible says the Two are One Flesh ( Genesis 2 vs 24 ) ., Furthermore ,the Bible commanded that the desire of the Wife must be towards her husband and must allowed him to rule her. ( Genesis 3 vs 16.) My question is that ,can we say that there is division among them as the house which can't stand ? Or the husband failed the Power of ruling exercise on the Wife ? Or the Wife violating the commandment of God because bof the Husband's Character ?. Can we say they gave obeyance to Amos 3 vs 3 by their contradictory.? Abram never knew where he was going when called out of his father's house , Brethren and Country,yet Sarai followed him, in agreement that they are no more Two but One flesh. Will some animals like Tortoise and Snail not be righteous as to wherever the Snail and Tortoise are going,their She'll followed. In compliance to One Flesh as said by God. What about or the attitude of the Pastors that are awared of this couple in their fellowship ? It high time,we perform ministry of reconciliation and forget about the monetary aspects derived or enjoy from this separated couple of not in one fellowship of worship before God. Shalom.
