YOUR WORDS MEANS A LOT TO SOMEONE

Pro 4:20 My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words.

When I was younger than I am now, I thought it didn't matter what you say until one day a cousin and I were punished for using a certain language. To us we had no idea what it was all about. People around us were using it always so we thought it was also okay.

We landed in trouble thinking what we say didn't matter. But did we ask ourselves about what we hear all the time.

We live in a time of instant passport, fast food and quick gratification. So we have come to the place where we say things that give a different picture of who we are.

Relationships, marriages, good partnership has been curtailed prematurely due to uncontrolled words. Some people never find husbands, wives, or even Pastor friends because they say what they want to say.

I get it, we get angry some times. I have a rule for that silence when your words will hurt. Deaf during scandal and lock up when happy.
In all these you might say things and later regret.

You are entitled to say what you want. But be careful what you listen to frequently, you can say am not like this or that. But truly most of your problems are due to what you have been paying attention to. Mummy said this about men, daddy said this about women. Fantes are like this........what is the truth.

You are known to say what you want. I am not asking you to change for anyone. But careful what you listen to because what you say matters to people.

I thought I was invincible at a conference because it was the first time in my life and few Ghanaians I was thinly person from Cape Coast. At group Bible study at Legon five years ago. I made a statement that "when you have not been tested for some reason, pray for the person who has failed in that area it's grace that keeps you going. "

Unknown to the group leader, there was head of the media team in the group. He beamed it on the projector in the evening with my name.

I learned from my experience in that conference, to watch what you listen to. The movies, favourite songs, radio stations and topics you discuss as friends are like stepping stones in your life. It brings blessings, curses, breaks or makes friends, I found a lady some time after SHS, I was captured by the way she spoke to someone. Later I bumped into her she's now my wife.

Careful what you have given attention to. So my son, my daughter, friends, uncle, mom, aunt, pay attention to what type say; listen closely to people's words one day unconsciously your well will overflow.

Read your Bible pray every day. Do you read more comics than good books. Poverty is a choice read about money, family, relationship, business and your profession too. Pay attention to the best words of successful people you become success full. Go follow other people and......

A lady told me careful what you listen to because your words mean something to me. So feed on the best thing so I can grow when I hear you preach. I am not perfect but I'm still in progress. Let's win together

Tame Your Tongue

Job 3:1 After this, Job opened his mouth and cursed the day of his birth.

God is wholly good and everything He created is for our good. Genesis 1:31 ....and it was good. Every day and night comes with it's own agenda. Sometimes good and some times bad.

God spoke the entire world into existence. And God's word tells us life and death is in the power of the tongue.

Job like some of us, was going through so much pain, disappointment and delays due to a reason he did not have any idea about. Could it be possible that you are on a test drive for God's promotion, blessings and elevation? Job was so overwhelmed by the unfolding events that he started cursing his own day of life.

I challenge you to be different Instead of cursing your day bless. When tempting situations come for you to say certain things which are contrary to what you believe what do you do?

Many of us have accepted some words, jargons, phrases without thinking about the eternal effect on us.

Words like "pressure, fire take me, enjoy yie...... Etc. " these are used for fun but I'm charging you to tame your tongue before it sets your life ablaze.

The tongue has no bone, hand or eyes yet it makes and breaks lives.

We all have a natural tendency to blame things on someone else when things go wrong and we take the applause whenever it's good.

Life and death is in the power your tongue. What you always say forms a great wall around you spiritually and Manifests in your physical life.

Understand that you are the only one who can make and unmake your life. Say positive things into your life. Daily declare good things about the future and keep it real with yourself.

We sing, we Pray, we bless, we woo things towards us when we call out words.

I encourage you to say positive things about your situation.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I speak life in your situation, I call you out of the bo***ge of negative words. I declare good things about you in Jesus name.

Tame your tongue. My sister, My mother, Bro! Pray today and reverse any negative words you have spoken into your life and declare good things about you in Jesus name. Amen

Speak Life! Death will be buried!

Present Suffering : Future Glory

Rom 8:18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

Every day, time or let me passing moment is a training, straining, spraining or the death of something we love to do, hold or cherish. Everyone has a story to tell thier children but the question is how true is the story you will tell them?

The greatest gift you can give posterity is the story of how ashes became golden dust in your life.

Pain is temporary and eventually it will subside and something else will take it's place.

Most people quit when suffering comes out in their lives. When you quit however you give up your ability to handle greatness.

I love you so I cannot keep the truth from you. God has planned for this to come your way.

Pressure makes diamonds, fire reveals the lustre of gold, the suffering of Jesus, finally caught up in Glory.

Pain will always come once a while. It's not nice, no it's not palatable. Do you remember when you stepped on fire as a child? You danced to unheard music. You licked your fingers when there wasn't honey, milk or sugar.

You kept walking around and you keep cooking food by that same heat produced by fire.

You don't wanna talk about it, hey, I feel you. But please I have an announcement for you quitters never win and........ Never quit.

Be like a wall clock, it takes a kicking and keeps on ticking. Any situation that gave you great pain told there's something better than this.

If you must cry now do, he jilted you, I get it, she left me for my friend. Aha! Excuse me for this S**T HAPPENS. And life must go on. The greatest pain births unmatched glory

Keep moving, when you cry remember we use water to wash the windshield of a car so you can see right

Jesus said rise take thy bed and walk. What is keeping you at one place? Get up and understand this direct that feeling of pain right back and keep moving forward.

She's mean, he's wicked, this too shall pass. No pain will stay forever. I dare you to take some pain and grow with it. A friend told me that he used to be lashed 20 strokes if he made a mistake as a house boy at a time it was nothing to him.

When your cross is too heavy, wait until you make it to throne and receive your crown. Jesus Christ is the best description.

Pain will go away and glory will follow.
