I am Herbert Torku, a committed Guilder from the Kwahu Presbytery, driven by a deep passion for service and leadership within the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. I take pride in giving my best to every task entrusted to me, guided by teamwork, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

By God’s grace, I have served in several capacities, including:
• Children’s Service Teacher
• Junior Youth Teacher
• YPG President (Branch)
• Presbytery Assistant Secretary

I find great joy in coaching, nurturing, and guiding young people to remain focused, grounded, and purpose-driven so they can make a meaningful impact in their world, particularly within the Presbyterian Church of Ghana.

As humans, we are often limited by our weaknesses, so I draw daily strength and motivation from PH 518, a hymn that continually reminds me of God’s sustaining grace.

The Young People’s Guild stands once again at a sacred turning point in its story, a moment when the mantle of leadership is passed on and the call to serve is renewed. We gather to honour God’s faithfulness and to commit the National Executive Committee into His hands, trusting that He who began this work will guide it through. This is a time to reflect on the journey of the Guild, to reaffirm our shared mission, and to stand together in prayer for those who now lead. You are warmly invited to join us on Sunday, 23rd November 2025, at Ramseyer Congregation, Bompata, as the Guild unites in worship and thanksgiving. Come and be part of this moment of renewal, prayer, and dedication. May the will of God be done through their service, and may His glory be revealed in all that lies ahead.
