This retards the growth and full potential of these human institutions.

Despite the differences and diversities in individual talent, gift, calling, skill, professional or educational orientation and what have you, it must not result in Disunity, Divisions and factions which slows progress and achievement of timely group goals.

These diversities should rather be pulled together, synergized and we'll coordinated to achieve the impossible...
