SUHUM AREA PRISONS MINISTRY AND AREA WOMEN'S MINISTRY VISIT NSAWAM PRISONS

On Saturday, July 4, 2026, the Suhum Area Prisons Ministry Leadership, in partnership with the Suhum Area Women's Ministry Leadership, embarked on a compassionate outreach to the Nsawam Prisons.

On behalf of the Suhum Area, the team presented a wide range of donated items, including bags of sugar, milk, Milo, gari, rubber slippers, washing powder, soaps, detergents, toilet rolls, sanitary pads, a cordless microphone set, essential medications, bottled drinking water, and assorted soft drinks to support the welfare of the inmates.

During the visit, the team had the privilege of worshipping with the Nsawam Church of Pentecost Inmates Assembly. The service was greatly blessed, culminating in the salvation of two precious souls who surrendered their lives to Christ. The delegation also toured the Nsawam Correctional Facility constructed by The Church of Pentecost, witnessing firsthand the Church's continued commitment to prison reformation and rehabilitation.

We give all glory to the Almighty God for granting us the opportunity and open door to minister to the inmates. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our Area Head and his wife for their approval, guidance, and unwavering support that made this outreach a success.

We also commend the Area Pastorate and the Area Women's Ministry for their dedication in mobilizing resources for this noble cause. Special appreciation goes to the Area Prisons Ministry, all friends and partners of the Prison Ministry, and the entire Suhum Area for their generous contributions and commitment. May the Lord richly bless each of you for making this memorable outreach possible.

Father’s Day Fellowship with Inmates and Donation of Snacks to Koforidua Central Prison

As part of the climax of the 2026 PEMEM Week celebrations, the Koforidua Area marked Father’s Day with a special fellowship and donation of snacks to inmates at the Koforidua Central Prison on Sunday, 21st June 2026.

The outreach was led by Area Head, Apostle Mike Kwame Etrue, with support from the Area Coordinator and his wife, Pastor Samuel Kofi Narh and Superintendent Emelia Asiedua Gyekye Narh, alongside members of the Area pastorate and ministry leaders. The event provided an opportunity to share God's love, encourage the inmates, and celebrate Father’s Day through fellowship, prayer, and acts of generosity.
