We all need a dedicated space and time to meet with God. That is exactly what we are focusing on during our next PG Furnace!

For 60 minutes, we will be immersed in Word and Prayer as we tackle the topic: *BUILDING ALTARS.* Expect a special, transformative session of Word, Worship, and Prayers.

Today is Good Friday. As we pause to reflect on the weight of the cross, let this profound truth sink deep into your spirit: "He thought of me and you, when He gave himself away".

His sacrifice wasn't just a historical event; it was a deeply personal, intentional act of love for you. He saw your past, your present, and your future, and decided you were worth the ultimate price. What a Savior!

Standing for what is right may not be easy. Sometimes obedience to God brings opposition, misunderstanding, or rejection. Yet Jesus calls such people blessed. When we suffer for doing what is right, it confirms that we belong to His Kingdom and our reward will not be temporary, but an eternal inheritance.

*The Prayer*
Lord, give me the courage to stand for what is right, even when it brings opposition. Remind me of my eternal inheritance in Your Kingdom whenever I face rejection for Your name's sake in Jesus Name. Amen.

"[12] In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted."

Lord, create in me a deep hunger and thirst for Your righteousness. Fill my seeking heart with Your presence and help me to grow and reflect Your character every day in Jesus Name. Amen.

Jesus is teaching us in this scripture that true happiness begins with humility. When we recognize our spiritual needs and depend on God completely, we position ourselves for His kingdom. Those who mourn are called blessed. Whether grieving over sin, brokenness or life's pain, God does not overlook their tears. His comfort is near to them.

*The Prayer*
Lord, give me a humble heart that depends completely on You. Comfort me in my times of mourning and brokenness, and remind me that You are always near to the brokenhearted in Jesus Name. Amen.

Psalms 34:18 NIV
"[18] The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
*Challenge:* Take a moment today to acknowledge an area of your life where you need God's help. Surrender it to Him completely and trust in His comforting presence.

It's just impossible in our human nature but thank God for Jesus who is the first and only perfect example God has made available to us so we can learn from Him to be blameless and to be Children of God without fault. Learn to stay in union with Jesus to be blameless before the Father and before all. This is how we shine as Children of Light.

*The Prayer*
Lord thank you for Jesus who serves as our Hallmark of being children of Light. Teach me to live daily with Jesus and firm my union with Him to be blameless and honor you as God everyday and always in Jesus Name. Amen
