For a long time, this has been more than an idea.
It has been a conviction.
Throughout my leadership journey, I have had the privilege of engaging with remarkable women leading organisations, influencing industries and driving transformation across sectors.
Yet one question has continued to challenge me.
Why do so many accomplished women reach executive leadership, yet so few intentionally prepare for the boardroom?
Board appointments are often viewed as the natural next step in a successful career.
I see them differently.
I believe board service is a profound responsibility.
It demands more than technical expertise or years of experience.
It requires strategic judgement.
Governance discipline.
Institutional thinking.
The courage to ask difficult questions.
And the wisdom to make decisions that strengthen organisations long after our tenure has ended.
That conviction became the foundation for something bigger than a programme.
It became a mission.
Today, I am honoured to introduce the Boardroom Women Leadership Programme (BWLP) 2026, a premium executive learning experience designed to prepare accomplished women for greater governance responsibility, stronger boardroom influence and lasting institutional impact.
This is for women who are ready to move beyond leading teams to helping shape institutions.
For women who understand that influence is not measured only by the titles we hold, but by the decisions we help shape.
If you believe your next promotion isn’t another job, but a board seat, I warmly invite you to explore this opportunity.
