ENCOURAGING WORDS

Theme: Make Room for Jesus

Beloved, sometimes we need to stop and ask ourselves, “What have I allowed to take God’s place in my life?” In Matthew 21:12–16, Jesus entered the temple and drove out those who had turned it into a marketplace. He reminded them that God’s house is meant to be a house of prayer. In the same way, our hearts can become crowded with worries, distractions, and things that slowly push God aside.

Today, let us make room for Jesus again. Let prayer, His Word, and obedience take their rightful place in our lives. When Jesus is at the centre, our lives become a place where His presence is felt and His name is honoured.

Prayer Points:
1. Lord, remove anything in my heart that is taking Your place.
2. Lord ,Help me make room for You and walk closely with You every day. Amen.

ENCOURAGING WORDS

Theme: God Protects His Own

Daniel 6:21–23 tells us how God sent His angel and shut the mouths of the lions, and Daniel came out unharmed because he trusted in his God. What a mighty God we serve!

Beloved, what situation are you facing today? It may look frightening, uncertain, or beyond your control, but do not allow fear to weaken your faith. Keep trusting God, keep praying, and remain faithful to Him. The same God who protected Daniel is still able to protect, preserve, and deliver His children today and forever. Your situation may be difficult, but God is greater than the situation.

PRAYER

1. Lord, protect me and my family from every danger and evil.

2. Give me the faith to trust You, even when I cannot see a way out. Amen.

Encouraging Words

GOD WILL COMPLETE IT

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 138:8
“The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me…”

Beloved, there are times when we begin something with excitement but later wonder whether we will ever finish. You will agree that Life challenges can interrupt our plans, and these challenges can make us question God's promises.

But our confidence is in God's promise to be faithful to what he has said he wll do in ourlives. Philippians 1:6 assures us that the God who began the good work in us will carry it on to completion.
You may see the unfinished pieces of the situation you are going through, but God sees the complete picture. Keep trusting God and he will surely finish what he has started in your life.

PRAYER
1. Lord, complete every good work You have begun in me.
2. Lord, give me faith to trust You with my unfinished dreams.
3. Lord, help me remain committed until Your purpose is fulfilled in my life.

: GOD IS STILL WORKING

SCRIPTURE : Philippians 2:13
“For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.”

Beloved, you will agree that not not every season of life will look exciting in this world. Anytime we find ourselves in such situations, we should know that God is working quietly, behind the scenes. We should not mistake God's silence for absence.

Beloved, God works for our good and some of the greatest things He does may not be immediately visible. Things may be slow, but God is still at work.
Let us keep trusting God to continue working for our good.

PRAYER
1. Lord, help me trust You even in quiet seasons.
2. Lord, Give me grace to cooperate with Your work in me.
3. Fatger, shape my character according to Your purpose.

ENCOURAGING WORDS

DON'T GIVE UP IN THE PROCESS

Scripture: Galatians 6:9
“Let us not become weary in doing good…”

Beloved, one of the hardest things about faith especially in our dispensation is waiting. We pray, we work, we believe, but sometimes the results take longer than we expected. This is where many people become discouraged.

You see, God's timing is not a sign that He has forgotten you rather the time to endure in faith. Keep doing what is right. Keep praying. Keep serving. Keep believing and even though the seed you plant today may not produce fruit tomorrow, that seed is not dead.
It may take time, but God is using it to prepare you for something bigger ahead.

PRAYER
1. Lord, renew my strength when I become discouraged.
2. Lord, Help me to remain faithful when results are sloW.
3. Lord, give me patience to wait for Your appointed time.

ENCOURAGING WORDS

REJECTED BY MEN, CHOSEN BY GOD

Scripture: 1 Peter 2:4–6; Psalm 118:22

Beloved, sometimes people may reject you, overlook you, or fail to recognize your value. But rejection by people does not mean rejection by God. Jesus Himself was rejected by men, yet God chose Him and made Him the cornerstone.

When your value is rooted in Christ, you do not have to live for human approval. Your identity is not determined by who accepts or rejects you. Keep trusting God, keep serving faithfully, and keep building your life on Christ. What people reject, God can use for His purpose.

Reflection: Am I allowing people's opinions to determine my value, or am I finding my identity in Christ?

Prayer Points

🙏🏾 Lord, help me find my identity and confidence in You.

🙏🏾 Heal every pain caused by rejection and disappointment.

🙏🏾 Give me grace to remain faithful even when I am not recognized or appreciated.

🙏🏾 Help me remember that I am precious to You and that my life has purpose.

MONTH OF SPIRITUAL AWARENESS

A PEOPLE WITH PURPOSE

Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9
“You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession.”

Beloved, God did not call us to Himself without purpose. We are chosen so that we may declare His praises and show others what His light can do.

Your life is part of God's testimony. Your family, workplace, ministry, community, and friendships are opportunities to reflect Christ. You may feel ordinary, but God can use an ordinary life that is surrendered to Him.

Let us remember: Christ is the foundation, we are the living stones, and our lives are meant to display His glory.

Prayer Points
Lord, help me live according to the purpose for which You called me.
Let my life point others to Jesus.
Make me a useful and faithful vessel in Your house.
May my life bring glory to Your name.

MONTH OF SPIRITUAL AWARENESS

COME TO THE LIVING STONE

Scripture: 1 Peter 2:4
“As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him.”

Beloved, every strong building needs a solid foundation. Peter reminds us that Jesus is the Living Stone, chosen and precious to God. Though He was rejected by people, God gave Him the highest place.

Coming to Jesus is more than attending church or knowing about Him. It is choosing to trust Him, follow Him, and build our lives around Him. When everything else changes, Christ remains faithful.

Reflection: Are you truly building your life around Christ, or are you depending on other things for your security?

Prayer Points
Lord, draw me closer to You each day.
Help me make Jesus the center of my life.
Remove anything competing with Christ in my heart.

MONTH OF SPIRITUAL AWARENESS

BUILT TOGETHER

Scripture: 1 Peter 2:5
“You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house.”

Beloved, Christianity is not a journey we are meant to walk alone. Peter describes believers as living stones being built together into a spiritual house.
Every stone has a place, and every believer has a role in God's house. Your gifts, service, prayers, encouragement, and testimony can strengthen someone else. Do not underestimate your place in the body of Christ.

Let us learn to work together, love one another, forgive one another, and serve faithfully.

Reflection: Am I helping to build God's house, or am I becoming a stumbling block to others?

Prayer Points
Lord, show me my place and purpose in Your house.
Help me serve others with humility and love.
Make me a blessing to my church and those around me.
