A Prayer for the Morning
Morning prayers can refresh and recharge your soul as you get ready to take on the day with help from the best place possible: Our Creator. We should treat morning prayers like prayer itself, as a time to get closer to God by expressing our love for Him, thanking Him for His blessings and offering Him everything good and bad in our day in doing His will. Begin your day with this prayer for the morning:

Dear Lord, You have brought me to the beginning of a new day. As the world is renewed fresh and clean, so I ask You to renew my heart with Your strength and purpose. Forgive me the errors of yesterday and bless me to walk closer in Your way today. This is the day I begin my life anew; shine through me so that every person I meet may feel Your presence in me. Take my hand, precious Lord for I cannot make it by myself.
Dear Lord, this morning, I pray that You give me strength today, to be strong for You in this world full of temptations. You know that there are struggles that I will go through today. I pray that You be with me as I go through them. Carry me when I am too weak. Amen.

THE POWER OF FOCUS

If there's anything that keeps successful people in success, it is focus. Great projects need great focus for them to be accomplished. Lack of focus is a seed of failure, and in fact it can lead to damages and unnecessary accidents, How? - If a pilot or a driver suddenly lose focus and couldn't see that there's something ahead on the way that could cause an accident, he would both injure his life and that of the people he is driving.

So, "focus" is very essential to the success of your calling or ministry as well as the fulfillment of your destiny. Lack of focus can make you fall on the wayside and not reach your final destination, it can make you start a good work and not be able to complete it, it can lead to waste of resources, it can lead to delay in your journey in life such that you will spend many years to accomplish what you could have finished in a year, it could lead to DEMOTION such that you will find yourself going backwards instead of moving forward, it could lead to loss of opportunities (because you weren't ready enough), it could make you miss divine visitations and blessings, and it could make you die young!

What does it mean to be focused?, To be focused mean: to set your heart on just ONE THING or particular things without wavering such that you don't remove your heart from such thing until you see it fulfilled or successful, it means you keep on doing that particular thing even when it appears that situations are not favorable or you are not getting results. There are few things you must see in the life of a man of focus: 1) HE WOULD REFUSE TO BE CONTROLLED AGAINST HIS VISION. He wouldn't mind what people are saying to discourage him, he wouldn't be moved by the toughness of the journey.
2) HE IS PERSISTENT. He doesn't mind doing the same thing over and over again until he gets results, he doesn't mind putting all his time, energy and money into that particular thing because he had faith in his spirit that it would come out successful.
3) HE IS FAITHFUL. He would do things the way he had been instructed by God to do it, he wouldn't add nor subtract from it.
4) HE IS SENSITIVE. Because he keeps his eye on that same particular thing or business, he is able to discern if there's any problem, trouble or attacks coming against his object of focus.

A MAN OF FOCUS IS NOT CONFUSED, HE IS NOT DECEIVED, HE IS NOT FAILURE MINDED BUT SUCCESS MINDED, HE HAS A PURPOSE, A VISION, A DIRECTION AND A DESTINATION!! Have you lost focus? Find your way back!!! Amen.
