Rev. Quaye’s ministry spans nearly two decades, marked by faithful service across various congregations and strategic roles within the Church. His early years in ministry were strongly rooted in campus work, where he served from 2006 to 2018, shaping and mentoring young people in their faith journeys.

During this period, he also ministered at several congregations including Bethlehem Congregation, Oyarifa (2006–2009), Mt. Zion and Shalom Congregations at Fafraha, and the Presbyterian Worship Centre at PRESEC, Legon.

His passion for youth and campus ministry distinguished his service, eventually leading to his role as Campus Ministry Coordinator/Chaplain for the Ga Presbytery, a position he held for 12 years. He also served on the PCG National Youth Education Committee rising to become Acting Chairperson.

From 2018 to 2023, he served as Minister-in-Charge of the Community 3 Congregation, where he provided visionary leadership and pastoral care. He currently serves as District Minister of Sebrepor and Minister-in-Charge of Christ the King Congregation, Sebrepor, continuing to impact lives through preaching, teaching, and administration.

Beyond the Presbytery, he also served for six years as a member of the Children and Youth Committee of the Bible Society of Ghana. His leadership journey traces back to his youth, where he served as Youth Recorder in the Volta Presbytery during his early years.
