Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy on him, said:
"A person must turn to Allah Almighty, for He is the One in whose hand is the dominion of the heavens and the earth. Do not rely on the firmness of faith in your heart, for example, believing that Satan will not overpower you or that the desires of the soul that commands evil will not infiltrate you. Rather, always turn to Allah, asking for steadfastness."
