The believer in Christ Jesus has a role model to look up to; in fact, not just a role model, but a God model. Jesus is a good example as He never said anything without being the first to do it. When he said he loved us, he proved it by dying on the cross for us and when he said he was the resurrection and the life, he proved it by his resurrection from the dead. He commences our faith and ends it: He was tested at all points and was yet without sin. He knows all our infirmities and is prepared to see us walk with Him all the way, through our faith. Dear beloved, do you need someone to depend upon? Look no further - look to Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.
