Rewards are earned through an effort; believers must work faithfully for God to earn them.
Eternal rewards are permanent and it lasts forever.
Eternal rewards are heavenly rewards believers will receive from our Master Jesus on his return based on the faith and obedience and service during their earthly lives.
God has promised rewards to believers who serve him faithfully. However, those who fail to repent and serve God faithfully risk losing their place. (Revelation 3:4)

In summary, stay faithful, obedient and committed in service to God for your eternal reward awaits in Heaven.
